Kate says she's not "using my kids for fame and fortune"

But you are, Kate, you are. You say you have to do this job to pay the bills. Just a question? Surviving Sextuplets and Twins first aired on May 14, 2006. Four years ago. You since made more than 100 episodes of Jon and Kate Plus 8. What happened to all the money from all those episodes? Why are you not set for life? And what are you doing with Jon's $20,000 a month in child support?

Kates not set for life because they spent the kids money on a Toyota Land Cruiser, Mercedes Suv, BMW M3, Nissan 350Z, tanning, mani/pedi/ bar hopping, hair extensions, boob job, lawyers, bodyguards for Kate, botox, plastic surgery, Nobu, clothing, apartments in New York, Utah, Bald Island, chefs, nannys, lawn boys, pool boys, jewelry, press and all the other things that they couldn't afford.

The kids are broke. Jon and Kate are full and in the end, be sure to watch EONLINE ten years from now when the kids tell their side of the story.

Maybe that should read, "SELL their side of the story". LOL.

Has anyone heard a rumor that Jon Gosselin will hold a press conference tomorrow about his children. Or is it a fake?

Ahhhhh! I just watched Kart's dance on youtube! What the ??? She has NO dignity or self respect! I feel embarassed FOR her & I don't even like her!

Poor Tony had to dumb his dance down, so he can teach her the way she learns. Apparently she didn't get it so he had to push the Kart around again & swing the buffalo's leg up and around, AGAIN & AGAIN! Is DWTS / ABC promising weekly hazardous bonus' to Tony so keep the comedic show rolling? After all, its cost effective for her to continue shaming herself, oops so sorry, working for the sake of her kids.

Where did you hear the rumor about the press conference?

I'm with you HI 50. I'm embarassed for Kate's family, the girls and even Jon. I doubt the little kids are aware of much but still... What do you say to her when you see her face to face? Do you think Kate knows just how she looks?

Wait a second!!!!! Did Brooke just say they're meeting the kids??????

That's sure what the soundbite sounded like! Poor kids. I hope they don't have to be in the audience to watch her "dance"

Over at Z on tv, one of the posters says Jon and his new lawyer are holding a press conference today. Supposedly it was on myfoxphilly. I hope this is true. The kids seem happier and more relaxed around Jon.

Hey, I live in an area that is heavily populated by LDS (i.e. Mormon) families and many of my friends are LDS. Many have a large number of kids and somehow manage to survive on one relatively modest income. I guess the difference is that they live in houses they can afford, only take vacations they can afford, send their kids to public schools or homeschool, don't have nannies or bodyguards, clean their own houses, etc. Why doesn't TLC have a show about THEM???

Kate will never be "set" financially because she will always want more--she'll spend more than she earns, and therefore have bills. At 100 episodes in 4 years, let's say that they made conservatively an average of $20,000 per episode. That's 2 million. Then you have the book (s)--the first one supposedly was a bestseller--1/2 million at least. Speaking fees of $25,000 plus expenses --there's at least another $200,000 per year. DWTS pays a reported minimum of $200,000 even if you are voted off first. Again, these are very conservative estimates--I realize that they have management fees and taxes to pay. That's still a lot of money in four years. They could have paid off the old house and lived there (if Kate had stopped fame-whoring) or bought a house out in the country for $400,000 (with acreage for privacy--it can be done in rural PA) and sent the kids to public schools. Financial aid for college is based on the number of kids at home and the number in college at the same time--they surely would have qualified for some aid. IMO, for Kate to cry poor is just ridiculous, and diengenous.

The truth hurts, doesn't it Kate? By the way, you are the worst dancer I have ever seen on DWTS and you are not 80 yrs. old. You are no actor, no dancer, no comedienne, no talent, not a performer!

Jon Gosselin Goes After Kate in Court

Posted Apr 6th 2010 12:40PM by TMZ Staff

Jon Gosselin thinks "Dancing with the Stars" is damaging his kids, thanks to Kate Gosselin ... and Jon now wants primary custody as well as spousal support from his ex ... TMZ has learned.

Good luck Jon!

Jon's new lawyer, former assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, tells TMZ he's going to court to ask for primary physical custody. List calls Kate, "an absentee mom," which he says is no surprise to anyone.

List expects to use "DWTS" as evidence that Kate does not spend "quality time with the 8 kids."

List also thinks Jon is getting screwed in the child support department, claiming "$20,000 a month is ridiculous."

In addition to primary custody, List says he's considering asking the judge to reverse the support obligation and make Kate pay Jon. He did not specify the amount.

Hooray, Jon you finally "got it" a competent attorney.
I certainly trust List,Esq. will present videos from the reality program. Also, the fact some of it on TV that Kate let Colin lay on the cold floor; Cara with an injured ankle, etc. There should be more than enough validity in them.

Of course the Kate supporters are going to come out in force. They have to protect their idol! Their probably from the idol worshipper sites like ROL, Sage, Baby Mama...

Go Jon, you finally grew your balls back!
