Snowball fight!

The kids relaxed over the long weekend and had some good old fashioned fun in all the snow.

Well, at least, the kids appear to be having fun. And, it is too bad that Jon and Kate cannot settle their differences with a good old fashioned snowball fight.

Looks like the those kids are missing the TV cameras. Look at them wailing and crying because the TLC crew are gone.

Aw it's so cute to see them all out there playing like that. It's sad though that we are actually looking at pics of them playing outside their house. I'm surprised though that one of the parents aren't out there with them. Knowing that strangers know where they live and that the paps stake out their property I wouldn't feel safe having my children out there without me.

Pretty sure the nanny was out. The paps made sure she was cropped out because according to Kate, she doesn't believe in nannies. And they will never have a nanny. (Kate: Season 2 or 3, I forget)

Sweet! Its nice to see the children playing & having fun. Hope they have many more moments like this, minus the TV cameras. This is what childhood memories look like. Prayers & blessings for the Gosselin 8!

Where are Jon and Kate? It is pretty irresponsible to let the hired help raise your kids. Once again treating the kids like chattel.

At least the nannies knows how to dress the kids in weather appropriate clothing.

You know what? I just wish those paparazzi would leave those poor children alone. It just chaps my behind that their parents are not trying to protect them from the paparazzi.

It's their parents fault that the paparazzi are even in their lives. That's not disputed. But now that they are here, honestly there's not much Jon and Kate can do. Other than lay low and wait for public interest to die down, which neither seem willing to do. Legally the paparazzi can stand on a public road and take pictures of a public property. As long as they're not going on the property. And it would be very sad to tell the kids they can never play outside because the paps might see. It's not fair they have to live a life in hiding in their own home. At least they are free from a camera crew in their own home. Eventually the paparazzi will go away.

They could try going out there and asking them to leave, and see if that accomplishes anything. Some celebs have done that with success.

Can't the kids play in the backyard until things settle. I mean, they're just playing in the snow.

I'm guessing they're playing in the front for a reason.

The "Bus pickup/drop-off" photog have stopped all of a sudden.

Hi Admin - I saw this story on Radaronline.com

Jon Gosselin and TLC have buried their litigation hatchet for now.

His attorney Mark Heller released a statement to RadarOnline.com regarding the news that Gosselin and the network have finally reached a settlement in their bitter lawsuit.

"Jon has expressed his desire to close the litigation chapter of Jon & Kate Plus 8 and although all terms are confidential, he is hopeful that TLC will move forward with the best interests of the Gosselin family," the statement read.

"Sometimes litigants that kiss and make up find their relationship is better the second time around. As Jon's attorney I truly hope that this new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey."

Oops, posted this in the wrong thread:

I've seen pictures of the property but can't figure out why the children are always in the front of the house. I know that the fenced in area in the back is where the pool is so they can't really play in there.

Is the front of the house the only area you can look out the windows and see from inside the house? Are all the sides of the house visible to the paps? Is everything else wooded? Maybe no one knows the answers to this, I just find it odd that they are always playing in the front. Why don't they have a "backyard" to play in, especially with all that property?

According to US Weekly magazine this week, Kate has given Jon a list of rules he's to follow and one is, he can't bring friends to the house. Another is, he can't let the kids be photographed there.

If he doesn't follow her rules, "she's contemplating filing for full custody," says the Kate friend. "She says, it's not like the kids will miss him. They barely see him."

Another excerpt, ..."She (Kate) can't wait to get on the book tour," says the Kate pal, who adds that nannies will watch the kids while she's gone because Kate doesn't want Jon spending that much time with them."

~~~~~~~~
So I'm wondering who was with the kids when this photo was taken?
Also, it sounds like Kate is now trying to separate those kids from their father, just like she did from their aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. I have a terrible feeling about what is happening to those kids. I wonder if Kate threatened to take the kids from Jon if he didn't settle the lawsuit? I have no doubt she would do such a thing.
That's rich, Kate, the queen of child exploitation, doesn't want Jon taking pictures of the kids at the house!
