Cross Patagonia off my list, along with LLBean, GAP, Stride Rite, Gymboree, Juicy Juice, All State and Johnson & Johnson. I'm so glad it wasn't Eddie Bauer or The North Face. I love their outdoor gear. But I wouldn't hesitate to boycott either one if they BRAND those children like cattle.

I agree with you that Kate may have been irked about Sarah's superior parenting skills, but not because Sarah did anything extra special to egg her on. IMO, Sarah, her father, mother, children and brother did what they normally do - they were polite, patient, gracious, and took time to educate others about their leisure activities in the state they call home. I think Sarah and family would have treated anyone the same as they did Kate's.

Wonder who really spilled the beans on this camping trip? Since that article came out, many of us were fascinated to see just how bad the camping trip turned out. Boy, we weren't disappointed!
There were other dramatic Gosselin moments that were mentioned in the article but not shown in the episode. It's possible that we didn't see the worse of Kate Gosselin.

It was so nice to see that big smile on Maddy's face when she was talking about the s'mores. All the kids were clearly having a great time and Kate completely ruined it. I so wish Jon had been asked to take the kids instead, but then he doesn't have a TLC "reality" show does he? It would be nice if Sarah Palin invited Jon and the kids up next summer without cameras.

I think her twisted, sick little system of getting attention & stardom on her children's backs is back-firing BIG TIME. I think that FINALLY the majority of the public is on to her hijinks. She might as well walk around with a big scarlet letter "A" on her chest.

I don't know what the hell is going on- but just like their mother, their little faces are aging way past their actual years. Compare their faces to Piper's face. Piper's face looks happy, bright, and unburdened. Just like any child her age.

Point 1) So the bush pilot looks at this collection of tiny children, with a very young woman standing somewhat close to him and some type of bleached blond in he rear of the group. They all have brand new gear on. He's got to be wondering how long this group will last outdoors. Anyway he wonders where the responsible adults in charge are, since they are so indicated on his manifast, so he asks. Seems sensible to me.
Point 2) Somebody probably told Katie that she needed a platform for politics and she figured that with all those shoes a pair or two would have to be platform.
Point 3) Katie will do anything to protect her kids - per Katie. Anyone seen the Seinfeld where George is at some type of childrens party and he goes running out the door yelling fire? He was the first one out the door. Katie is banking that she can outrun at least one of her brood in the event of a bear situation.
