Kate spotted out grocery shopping in the rain

While the cast of the next Celebrity Apprentice gathers in New York, Kate was in PA going about her shopping duties.

I don't know what's crazier - that she drives an hour to grocery shop... that she shops at such an expensive store... or that she goes all that way to buy 2 bags of groceries for a family with 8 kids!

And there is no way in hell that she wrote that blog entry. She doesn't know how to form sentences like that! We've all heard her speak and - let's get real - that ain't her! :)

What the heck is wrong with her? Her face looks sunken and wrinkled like she has aged a decade in a month. To me she looks like a hard drinking alcoholic. Could it just be extreme dieting? I don't know but for someone who is so concerned with looking good, she looks horrendously awful.

So she only uses reusable bags when shopping at Whole Foods? Why not bring those bags to your endless shopping sprees at Target? She's so shallow, it makes me sick! AND she's got a problem, THAT'S ALL SHE DOES! SHOP SHOP SHOP.

Only Kate would drive an hour to go shopping in the rain.

Palin and Gosselin go Polar
Fellow TLC reality star Gosselin will make a guest appearance on Sarah’s show, and the ladies and their kids will go camping together.

“[The Palins] graciously shared their Alaska with the Gosselin family,” said TLC President O’Neill.

On July 20, Kate and her kids visited the Alaska Zoo, where they checked out a petting zoo, a polar bear exhibit and observed a wolf pack.

Sounds like there is not a whole K8 show, just a segment on Palin's.

What TOTAL B.S. She DOES NOT write that blog--the grammar and punctuation are perfect, and I've done enough editing to know. I highly doubt that she is observing ANYTHING on her fake runs (7 miles/day--yeah, right), because she is too busy looking at her cell phone. So sick of this fake and her fake promotion.

I wonder if she ever wears boots or closed toe shoes. Brrr! But she looks good and is using canvas bags and is doing it all while the kids are in school. Much improved!

When has she EVER used reusable bags? She always had plastic bags. Guess she "bought" them in the store before she left so she would look environmental. Or so noone can see through the bags to see the ice cream and junk she bought.

BINGO, I think the second TLC canned filming, the second they canned Steve. TLC ain't gonna pay people if the show has stopped.

Many of us said ages ago as soon as her "friends" aren't paid they would split. And sure enough, it appears Steve has indeed split. He was never a friend at all, as she thought, put a PAID employee. In a way I feel sorry for someone whose only friends are on the payroll.

Or Gina said knock it off and come be with your own family.

The vitriol and hate being spewed over at INF--gods, it's frightening. Kevin and Jodi need to get a divorce and a DNA test, Jon needs to go way and leave the kids alone, stuff like that.

WHY? Why are people like this?

That blog about the trash she sees while running is total bull crap. Let's see, she lives in the countryside and she sees dead snakes, belly up, half eaten cheeseburger, half filled bag of peanuts, some used condoms, empty beer bottles and was wondering if she would spot some used tampons. Where the hell is she running, in her basement?

Huh? There are 5, possibly 6, bags in her cart and a store employee with a second cart is walking behind her.

If she's doing a show with Donald Trump, it will be the dating show he does, not CA.

I don't think that Blind Gossip item in the link above is her, because she never leaves the house without being photo-ready and there aren't paps waiting around to take her pic anywhere.

The Blind Gossip item reminded me of the other recent BG item that said a couple of reality show people were in love and one was married while the other wasn't, and they wanted to come out as a couple but the network was scrambling to figure out how to spin it - could be what they're "retooling" about the show. Steve's disappeared, soon we'll hear of a divorce filing, then we'll hear about how Steve "turned to Kate in his time of need, because she understood what going through a divorce is like" and suddenly they are in love....

I've never quite figured out the situation with Steve or with Jamie. Kate only desires what other people can do for her, she doesn't desire the people themselves, but yet there are little things about her relationships with both of them that suggest "more than friends" relationships. It's just weird.

NEW TWEET FROM JON!~

As you may or may not be aware, I have been working for some time to remove my children from television. I do not believe being on TV is beneficial to any of them. They are no longer toddlers that are oblivious to what is going on around them. They are now six and ten, in school and desperately in need of a normal life.

Each of them has experienced negative effects of having their lives so public. Some are struggling with emotional and/or behavioral issues. My goal for my children is for them to have a normal childhood, and gain back their much deserved privacy. This is not about money, this is about my children. No amount of money is worth the price my children are paying. You cannot put a price on childhood. Money comes and goes, but you only have one childhood.

For those questions about money and support, I can say I am supporting my children to the best of my ability. All parties involved know the truth about this. I am and have been actively seeking employment. I have been barred from accepting entertainment deals that would generate income for my family due to contractual obligations. I am also actively looking for a job outside of the entertainment industry and so far, have not secured a position. In the mean time, I have been focusing on spending time with my children and providing a safe, stable, normal and private environment for them!

On October 13, 2010, I went to court to act in the best interest of my children- to remove them from television. The judge respectfully denied my plea, and granted filming rights to their mother. I honor the judge’s decision, but I do not support it. I will not stop fighting to remove my children from television. It is not a child’s job to support themselves, or a lifestyle, they need to be kids. I would like to apologize to my friends, family, and especially my children for not taking a stand earlier in my life and not questioning my decisions to have our lives documented and displayed. I will have to answer to my children for the rest of my life. I will have to live with this guilt the rest of my life. I am truly sorry!

I suppose if you have nothing else to do with your time why not drive an hour to grocery shop? I'm sure her paid slaves at home do all the house work, laundry etc, Of course she's wearing open toed high heels like the rest of us wear when we grocery shop especially when it's raining. If Kate wasn't such a bitch and a mean person as I see her maybe I would feel bad for her but she has done this to herself. I wouldn't trade places with her for any amount of money. I think she has a miserable life but again that's by her own choice. When was the last time her paid purse holder was actually seen with her? I know it's been quite awhile.

The reason Kate is happy is that the court just gave her the right on 10/13 to make decisions about whether the children are allowed to be filmed or not. Jon's case against filming was dismissed by the judge. It sounds like Jon went into it without an attorney. Also, Kate's lawyer is threatening to take Jon back to court as he violated a gag order the judge had placed by twittering about the case.

So Kate is vindicated by the court and Jon gets in trouble. Banner day for Ms. KKG.

Right now I don't care what Kate wears or what she does. If you read GWOP you will find out that Jon Gosselin just lost in court to stop the children from filming. Someone needs to find out WHY. Do these judges even see these shows and if not then someone needs to make them watch them. No mother should be able to treat her children the way Kate does and still win in court.

What court did Jon go to? Was it a local family court judge or the court in Washington DC that was used for TLC's lawsuit? I can't believe a local family court judge would take away Jon's parental rights regarding his children having to work. He needs a good lawyer to fight for his children. I think it was Mark Kaplan on Larry King last year who commented that he would fight for Jon's children. Maybe he should contact him now.

I'm from Lancaster and have followed this all from the beginning when the babies were born and would like to somehow show him that I support him trying to get the kids back their privacy. I feel so bad for Jon, trying to do the right thing for those kids, and now a judge rules against him? :/

Lordy, I hope not! If this is on a tweet, some "friend" had to have posted it somewhere if he has made his page private, right? I really don't "get" any of this. Are there different kinds of tweets? The tweets I've seen are extremely short. How can his be so long?

We have to remember though, TLC will probably cancel the show anyways! The ratings suck & Kate is sinking fast. The kids will be off TV in no time. Those children need a guardian ad litem, one for each of them. They have no legal rights. This horrible "decision" has essentially classified them as chattal, and their "rights" have been given away by this idiot judge to their even more idiotic mother. Don't know how anyone can put this bee in Jon's bonnet, but it's time for these kids to have legal representation of their own. How a judge could make this kind of ruling without even hearing from any of the children is beyond insane.

This was posted on the AMC FB page by Paul: It was posted on Wednesday Oct 13 at 12:2pm, day when Jon went to court. Do you think Paul has been in touch with Jon and is helping him by his comment about the Gosselin clan?

Paul Petersen Today I am thinking of our very own, Janet, who is scheduled for surgery. Thoughts and prayers go out to Janet and her family this day. I am so grateful for her stellar help over all these years.
Thanks are in the air, so while I'm at it, let me thank Diane Harmon for her insightful contributions to this site. Thanks..., Diane.
There will soon be news on the Gosselin clan, so I hope you all stay tuned. Thank you for your support.

I am truly sorry!"

It is frightening that a judge can rule to permit children to work to support a parent's lifestyle while the second parent objects.

If this is true about Jon and the court, it is a sad day for those children. I guess time will tell. If she did win this one then the kids will be back on TV pronto.

I have to agree with "A Pink Straight Jacket for Kate" ... people have got to boycott ALL things Kate to get rid of her and give those kids any fighting chance.

I propose we let admin describe photos and stop clicking on any photos, do not watch or click on any YouTube videos and watch nothing on TLC promoting Kate.

I wish Jon would align himself with Paul Peterson and allow him to help Jon change this course. If Jon is unable to afford legal representation then ask Mr. Peterson for help. I think the man cares enough about the plight of the kids to help Jon anyway he can. Someone needs to look at the contracts Jon has been forced to sign.

The fact that Jon is under a gag order and the hag is not is beyond my comprehension. Nothing concerning this family makes since...TLC and Kate Gosselin are despicably evil.

No matter which way you slice this it is disgusting.

Admin: According to a recent report, Kate has been awarded permission by a local judge to have the kids continue filming. Jon had opposed this. If there is anything I can do to reverse this decision, because I live locally, please let me know. I am very involved in PA state politics.

Lynn,
Are judges in PA elected or appointed? I'm wondering if this guy by any chance is up for re-election in 3 weeks.

Why was Jon able to stop filming before, but not this time? Is it because of the contract that was negotiated when the filming resumed?

Admin, do you know what legal basis this so-called judge had for denying Jon's plea?

Also, what is the hearing in November for, if not for this issue?

This poor guy can't win for losing, why would a judge give the right to one parent and not the other? I remember him saying that if one child said he or she did not want to film that they would pull the plug. Guess when she is too lazy to get a real job and actually bring home the bacon she forces her kids to do it even at the age of 10 and 6. What a tool she is!!! I feel real bad for this guy and hope his friends and family continue to support him. If those girls start acting like Lindsay Lohen later on in life she can only blame herself.

I remember when Charlie Sheen sued to keep his kids off of his ex Denise Richards reality show. He lost.

PA judges are up for election every ten years, on odd numbered years.

I have a feeling that even if TLC cancels K+8, Kate will shop the kids to other child related shows. She might think she is the star, but she knows the kids are the money makers.

Everybody, hold your powder regarding Jon's tweet. This is very suspicious and quite strange that out of the blue, Jon Tweets about his desire to have the children off television and a judge ruled against him.

First of all, from all past reports, both Jon and Kate share custody of the children with only Kate having primary physical custody. There are no reports that Jon gave up parental rights and there is no way that a judge would grant one parent filming rights for minors against the wish of the other parent who has parental rights.

The children are too young to have spoken to the judge in his/her chambers to voice their opinion and not once was an attorney appointed for the children.

I find this entire thing very suspicious and given the fact that Kate's show has tanked in the ratings and will be canceled, Jon now tweets that he wants his kids off of television. That's like going to a restaurant, eating the entire meal and then complaining that the food wasn't cooked and asking for a refund.

Until someone shows a link to a docket that proves Jon was in court today, in any venue, I'm calling B.S. on this tweet, just like Kate's mother trashed her own siblings on a blog yesterday.

This is all cannon fodder and I'm not buying it for one second. IT's just the cop in me and when I smell b.s., I bring out the B.S. repellant.

I don't think Jon gave up any parental rights. I can understand completely, because of the ambiguity of the law, where the judge would side with Kate/TLC and say the kids aren't 'working' and therefore when Kate has custody cameras can film them 'playing'.

I think the ramifications of this ruling will go FAR beyond just whether the Gosselin kids can be filmed. This may be the start of a much bigger and better ruling on what exactly reality tv kids' 'work' consists of. There may be a silver lining in this dark cloud.

Kelly, if this were all b.s., then why did Kate's attorney issue a statement? Was he speaking about a court hearing that didn't exist? According to Kate Gosselin's counsel, Jon's tweets were in violation of a court order "restricting the parties from commenting on the underlying custody proceedings." If no custody proceedings happened this week, then why would the attorney be so bent out of shape over John's comments?

How do you explain the attorney's response to Jon's tweet?
