As we asked a few days ago, "who will step up and counter-sue TLC?"

About time.

We are awaiting details of his suit.

The details are in! What do you think of this filing?

Personally I'm struck that they were first paid $2000 an episode for 10 people. That would barely be regular minimum wage for 10 people filming over the course of 3 days for an episode.

Goodmorning I have a quick question for you regarding Jon's appearance/answer to the lawsuit against him and JKIG. I read the filing and it appears that it is an answer/appearance on behalf of ONLY Jon Gosselin and NOT on behalf of JKIG. Does the family need to file an answer/appearance on behalf of JKIG in order prevent some sort of a judgment or order entered against JKIG? I am not a lawyer so sorry if my terminology and spelling are off or if this is a stupid question. It just seems to me that if Jon and JKIG are being sued then someone needs to represent the family business of JKIG. Thanks for your great site and your help.

Since JKIG is treated like a separate person under the law I tend to agree they need to respond separately.
