Jon tells InTouch that Kate is in violation of their custody agreement because he has "right of first refusal" (Kate is required to offer the kids to him first before getting a babysitter). Kate did not inform him she was leaving the sextuplets behind with a caregiver in Pennsylvania when she took the twins to New York City to go on Today and The View. Had Jon known, Jon could have exercised his right of first refusal and had the sextuplets stay with him during the twins' media tour. He said this stunt was the last straw.

I also doubt Jon will get full custody, but this will take TFW to school, err court, big-time for all the recent, and not so recent, flauting of the already in place custody arrangements. And with his recent move closer to the children, he is in a good place for increased custody. Here's hoping.

Robert doesn't know who Milo is. He said if he gets Kate under oath it would be something interesting to ask her. He was just playing.
I forgot if it was Millicent asking what my concerns are about child support in general.
This is another example of one of my concerns. When a dad doesn't have to pile all his extra money into child support payments a mother doesn't even need in the first place, he can do things like purchase a five bedroom home to set himself up to have more time with his children and then pay for them more anyways because they are with him MORE. If he were saddled with huge support every month that Kate could just spend on herself, that may never happen and the kids will suffer for it.
sorry, as much as I have been Pro Jon from the sidelines, hes just full of shit at this point. He got 100K from couples therapy. so how much does he really need to start a custody hearing? He likes to portray hes the good guy in the media, but hes and kate are just dirt bag equals at this point. He lied about his reasons for doing the show, it was money. and he would sell his kids again if he reap the benefits financially, I dont doubt that one bit.

Maybe Jon did try to show her poison ivy but she was only 9 years old and probably needs to be shown it in person. Maybe Jon couldn't find any poison ivy on his property to show her in person. A book or google might not cut it for a nine year old. Since he's not allowed on the property he can't find whatever she is getting into and get rid of it himself.

I'm glad she's somewhat coming around about Jon. But she was a big sheeple and just goes to show that her priorities are not being respectful of others or putting people's feelings first much less over something that happened to a child. She was grilling a barely adult about kidnapping and sexual abuse that occurred when Elizabeth was a child, even when Elizabeth asked her to please stop. I doubt someone like this really cares about what's best for the young Gosselin kids.
