If he waived filming rights (no wonder courts are so backed up, since when are filming rights and when children can WORK part of child support agreements?), in lieu of paying child support- then he is not the one who "sold" them- Kate is.
If you think your kids Dad actually "sold them", why would you ever tell that to your kids? Divorce is painful enough, why intentionally share information that will only hurt their feelings?
If they now are so upset by this, and no longer want to see them, how is this "fostering" a relationship with their father as you so recently claimed.
Lastly, you can't say in every interview, including one in print less than a week ago that they see him every other weekend' and then sell a story to radar saying it's been 9 months. They can't both be true! And in today's social media heavy culture, you should be more discerning with your lies as there have been numerous reports of Jon with the girls on twitter, FB, Instagram, and the like.
And lastly, if the kids want to get back on TV so desperately, shouldn't they be thrilled that Jon can't stop them?

I'm reading backward so I just read post The View Was Taped on Thursday about Facebook messages from director of public school choir that did MLK tribute. If a bunch of public school kids were there, whoops, the twins will just be a couple more kids in a bunch of kids that day. Kids that sing. Kids that get together in a big group to perform. That will take away the focus on TFMJG.
I really like fantasia. She was on the real realest reality show of all, American Idol, where contestants have pretty much their entire lives scheduled 24/7 once they have signed the contract and the live show starts. She knows how hard reality show filming can be, and how producers pick what image they want particular contestants to present, and use PR, media, editing, coaching to achieve that. Fantasia has said publicly in the past that producers did not want her to talk about her daughter she had as a single teen mother.
Interesting to see what actually ends up being broadcast
If the twins are furious with Jon for selling them out does that mean:
1) they don't want to film and are angry they he's allowed it to happen - not what TFW is claiming...she's claiming they want to film. So that's not the reason.
2) if they don't want to film, and are angry with their mom for making them do it.... it makes *so* much sense to cut themselves off from the one person who understands (I'll fix her...I'll just stay home with her 100%). Does that make any sense? Nope. Guess this isn't the reason either.
3) TFW sold them on the idea that their dad doesn't care about them. See?? I told you he doesn't care about you. He'll let you film rather than pay your child support. I told you he was a loser.

Like I said giving sole legal to one parent in a situation like this where they are both appropriate (in the court's eyes) is rare but if it will prevent so much fighting and turmoil a judge would agree to it. Maybe it was Jon's way of extending an olive branch, hey I won't fight you on school and taking them to church, I'm not going to cause conflict when I know all those things are well taken care of. As he said in his interview he has a sort of "who cares" attitude about legal. As long as their legal needs are taken care of why cause conflict by forcing Kate to contact him for every single field trip permission slip and doctor visit?
The bottom line is child support is about BEST INTEREST and can't be bargained away, so this is all just nonsense.

What she is "informing" them of is selective, embellished, downright lies. I don't call that "informing" I call that parental alienation.
I've said for a while that I think he agreed to let them film based on an agreement of zero for child support, which my ex and I were told could happen in PA just due to the timeline. That being said, if he bought them, Kate sold them. Why would they be furious about it yet obviously happy to say they want to film again? I think the two "grownups" both need to resort to being honest, not badmouthing the other in private or public, and try to repair the damage they have done. C and M need family therapy (and the rest for that matter) NOW

You can't "bargain" away child support in PA like that. So it's a nice thought the sheep want to think but it's not possible.
He was quite clear that a judge was involved. He said me, Kate, and the JUDGE. The judge HAD to make that best interest finding. I suspect the best interest finding was made for two reasons: 1. both Jon and Kate individually support the kids financially just fine on their custodial time (Jon has confirmed he pays for his kids on his time), so the kids needs are well taken care of, and their education trusts which Jon said they have fill in any gaps and 2. giving legal to one parent, be it Kate or Jon, would help to limit some of the constant conflict and court intervention. Best interest, done.
If the twins haven't seen or spoken to Jon in 9 months, how does ROL explain the multiple local sightings of Jon with the twins or with all 8 kids as recently as the Christmas break. HEADLINE --TFMJGTP gets herself tangled up in yet another easily refutable lie!
Before The View airs, I wanted to put in my 2 cents about this latest deflection ploy.
I think a huge part of the equation hasn't been discussed. I think
TFW is jealous of Jon's GF. TFW kicked him to the curb, and assumed he'd spend the rest of his life wondering where it all went wrong. Nope - he found a few people he cared about and dated steadily, and now has someone he's thinking of marrying. Can you imagine how this tortures TFW? Jon found someone who loves him, warts and all. Whether it lasts another year or another week, he is not alone. But she is. She never could've predicted this ending. When the "string of girlfriends" line is tossed out to indict him, it's just another reminder that more than one woman found him appealing for some reason or other. Whereas all the work TFW has done on her appearance has gotten her zip. This must make her seethe. She'll continue to inflict punishment upon him as long as she's got the tabloids on speed-dial. She never could've foreseen this, and she can't control it. For someone who has micromanaged her children's lives to the point of telling them in what order to eat their lunch, nothing could be more frustrating.
Here's the tweet I was thinking of. The tweeter seems normal enough, not invested in the TFW drama.
I'm assuming the guy can count to 8. Although maybe he just saw a bunch of kids and assumed all kids, not realizing that were two more kids that weren't there.

My cable provider provides a feature called "Time Shift" which allows us the ability to watch most of the east coast shows on their time. I will be watching The View at 8:00 am this morning. You know a couple years ago there used to be a LOT more East Coast feeds I could get. It was fun seeing prime time stuff at dinner time and then go to bed at a decent hour. Now everyone's in on a West Coast feed and what I really hate is sometimes I hear stuff will be swiffered for the West Coast airing.

She tweeted some crazy ghost writer wanting a conference call to spill the goods on Jon and didn't want to "blab" in a tweet, and then lo and behold, out comes a negative article about Jon. Coincidence? Someone "close" to the situation? I can see her (or other of the mental midgets) claiming that they communicate with Kate in so many other ways and they have insider information. I don't imagine that ROL vets its sources!
On the exterior, Milo appears to be a sweet and sugary, neighborly. helping people, walking the straight and narrow, but underneath I have a feeling that she can be very vicious and vindictive. Just my opinion, of course.
As far as the comments that Savannah was rude...on the contrary. I thought she was compassionate to the girls.
She asked her question in a kindly way, and it was open ended. She gave the twins the space to answer that any way that they wanted to.
She said, "What would you like to say", and then paused, giving them space to answer. They didn't HAVE to say anything bad about Jon at that point.
They could have just said, oh, it's great. I love school. I was in a play. We are very active and have many interests.
But they knew that wasn't the answer TFW wanted them to give. Thus, the dilema.
I think she asked the question in a kindly way because she KNEW that TFW's script was for them to bash their dad, and she set it up so that they didn't have to do that.
Except that the twins were too scared of TFW to take advantage of the out that Savannah was giving them. Thus the scared looks at TFW. Mady was trying to gauge if she dare take the out, and decided against it.
So, when Jon picks up the kids after school, what do Cara and Mady do, walk home?

Admin, is it possible that Jon and kate agreed that Kate would have sole legal custody and Jon would pay no child support, and that this agreement was approved by the Judge and reduced to an order? Jon may have assumed that the likelihood of future filming was small, given the kids' ages and the apparent lack of interest from the networks. Just wondering

When my ex was unemployed he took me back to get child support lowered. He wasn't happy with the number. The conference officer said that's the number that will stand unless you two can agree on another number and you can agree on any number down to zero. They didn't necessarily tell the officer (or master or judge whoever) that it was in exchange for anything. They could just agree on it. That's how it went down with us in PA. I did agree to a slightly lower amount than that calculated to give him a break.

Emperor's Clothing. I believe in most conspiracy theories out there on different subjects. It is very strange to see Gina put her hand in her jeans pocket and you can't see a ring. But the way her hand is positioned, you would be able to see at least a sliver of the ring. And Steve's right hand is behind his back. Remember back when Steve and Gina went to NZ without the boys and we thought that they went there to get divorced. I agree it is a very nice picture. Exactly. I remember seeing a picture of TFW doing something--washing dishes in the sink probably--with Jon hugging her from behind. Her posture was very stiff. At that point, she'd already gotten what she wanted from Jon which was a houseful of multiples.

Absolutely I think that she would have done this. No doubt in my mind. They've been on this child support thing for so long. The sheeple, though, can't think things through and don't realize the contradictions put forth with such a claim. If anything, the twins wouldn't be estranged with Jon if he sanctioned their filming; they'd be happy about it. Kate claims they want to film another show. They brightened up when asked if they wanted to film. Then again, if you look at it from the standpoint that they are ticked at their father for "selling them out," and they turned around claimed that they want to do another show, then that was all a lie put in their mouths by Kate.
Oh, what a tangled web we weave...
