I don't watch either, just the clips, but sometimes I'll watch a partial segment at a later date if something from the recap is interesting. Kate's voice, her made-up words and splayed French nails are too annoying to watch the full episode. My goodness, that woman is proud of her manicure!
So I seldom get a manicure, but I like pedicures in summer. I don't care to wear nail polish because it chips with regular household and yard chores. When I see Kate's nails, my first thought is that this woman doesn't do a lick of real housework.
rainbow, I can't see Kate donating anything. She has only donated when the cameras are rolling. That's a fact. I'll admit she could be donating now, but why would she change? She sorted and boxed up clothes for the local consignment shop and I cannot see her changing that routine for cash when many of the items were free to begin with. Not a tax whiz, but I think her donations have to be huge to make a difference in her income bracket. I think she's rather have the cash, small that it may be, rather than writing off any donations that won't matter to the IRS.

They weren't the ladies at the spa. I looked back at the credits for the past episodes. Deanna was the only one listed for the first 2 episodes. Deanna and Ronnie Dieterich were both listed for the 3rd one(What's Old is New). Deanna, Ronnie and Jessie Nolan were all credited for last two episodes.
I googled the last two and this is what I came up with:
Ronnie Dieterich is a colorist who used to work at Ted Gibson's salon. He now works at a salon in NYC called Brush NYC. Remember years ago, when there were pictures of Kate taken with a younger guy and there was speculation that Kate was dating him? That was Ronnie.
The only Jessie Nolan I found who is a cosmetologist and hair stylist who lives in Massachusetts. I have no idea why she would be involved in the show since she lives so far away. Perhaps, she knows Deanna or Ronnie and they recommended her. Could be that she filled in for Deanna if Deanna was unavailable.

How much is she actually getting for free these days? I really don't know.
When you sell to a consignment shop, most places now want nearly perfect or nearly new items without a spot, knee wear anything on them, and many of them will take only brand names of kids' clothing, such as Gymboree, Hanna Andersson, Children's Place, Mini Boden, Janie and Jack, Hartstrings, etc. The refusal rate is high at some of them, and I can't see Kate inspecting each item, only to have the shop refuse to take them. It's so much easier to box the things, take the items to the thrift shop or simply put the items into the boxes that are set up at various donation places and let them decide what they want to sell.
Actually, Kate has been filmed with no makeup on. I think she is attempting to show this is their reality, but she in full makeup for every couch interview, and I noticed Cara and Mady were made up too. What is not real are the made up scenarios to film. It's not everyday life and unless they made up scenarios it would be boring. At least when the tups were babies, it was so natural because you just never knew what they would do. Her show has jumped the shark and it's pure fakery.

******* I get wearing makeup on camera, but everyone doesn't need a makeup artist. My goodness, there's an entourage and it's anything but real life. From the clips I've seen, there's a ton of assistants behind the scenes setting the stage for activities and events. You don't fly on vacation and poof! Painting and beach supplies don't just show up. These kids are growing up with a warped sense of reality and a big sense of entitlement.

Well, there are still 3 more episodes, so seeing them use Blue Apron is still a possibility.
For the blind date, Deanna is at Kate's house preparing her for the "big date". Maybe after Deanna whisks Kate away to NYC, the twins end up making dinner using Blue Apron.
Kate tweeted her thanks to Deanna for sending them a week's work of Blue Apron meals on Sept.11(a Friday). I think the whole date thing was filmed sometime in Sept.(maybe that weekend), since the story about Jeff bailing out on filming said that his appearance was supposed to be filmed over Labor Day weekend(the weekend before Kate's tweet to Deanna.)
Another aspect to having hair and makeup people is, those are more hours that the G kids have to have crew members in their house. And more hours their mother is not paying attention to them and is instead sitting in a chair, getting ready to film. Which translates to, more hours that their home is turned into a TV sound stage. So those "snippets" of activity that we see on film are just the tip of the iceberg. The actual intrusion into the children's lives is far, far greater.

And here is another area where Kate's ego surpasses all signs of sanity. Sure, her kids might like her cooking and someone may have told her they liked some dish she served them, so in her mind she automatically thinks her recipes are cookbook worthy. Something she dreamed about for years.
I guess she doesn't know that most kids have a favorite dish that their mom makes. It doesn't mean we run out and turn those meals into a cookbook. I have a binder full of recipes that I've gathered over the years from here and there and who doesn't keep a recipe card box or a file on their pc? Sometimes the twins do not have concealer on. I would think they would ask for it. Funny the boys would get hair done when it's pretty short, or the girls with just a ponytail. Milo has referred to her daughter before as something like Miss Sweet 16. It seems like she's been 16 for a long time, but I don't know for sure. Milo is so repetitive that it may only seem like forever.

She's definitely in the south. She mentioned huge rain in her area and there was flooding in the Atlanta area around Christmas time.
MSN's home page had a piece called "10 Post Divorce Promises," written from a mother to her daughter. I don't think TFW fulfilled a single one to her own 8 children. But this promise stood out for me as one area TFW has utterly failed with: "I promise to do every single thing I can to have peace with your dad, and to communicate with him as best I can no matter how hard it is."

Kate's show was cancelled in August of 2011. I remember at that time Milo was in the hospital having surgery. Someone tweeted that for her health and recuperation she should not be told that Kate was cancelled. The above tweet was in November. Did she have a second surgery at that time?
I went back and looked at her tweets from that time period, and she was really hung up on her dog and Shoka being friends. Those were extremely creepy tweets. Not only that, but she was dropping her g's right and left, and using ellipses in her tweets. Is it the same Milo who is tweeting now?

I've been following a news story in my local newspaper regarding a man (Floyd Bledsoe) who went to jail for 15 years for a crime he did not commit. His brother (Tom) confessed to the murder of Floyd's wife's sister and led the police to her body but then pointed the finger at Floyd during the trial and Floyd was convicted of rape and murder. Floyd was released in December 2015 following the finding of Tom's DNA on the body, not Floyd's. When the news became public that Floyd was being released and Tom would be charged with the murder, Tom committed suicide. Apparently, when Floyd attended Tom's funeral, none of the family would speak to him, even his parents. It is now being said that Tom and Floyd's father's blood was found on the victim as well.
Today's article mentions that one of Floyd's attorneys that works for the Midwest Innocence Project in KCMO is joining the legal team for Steven Avery.
After watching Making a Murderer, I was convinced that Steven and his nephew were innocent. After hearing about testimony and evidence that wasn't included in the documentary I'm beginning to change my mind. It will be interesting to see what results from Avery's new legal team.

They could say they sell dolls, cars, or the Brooklyn Bridge -- it may just be part of the online persona they've developed for themselves. Plenty of them have been caught in lies, but they continue. I think it's a fascinating 21st-century phenomenon.

You can search for tweets that a specific tweeter made by doing a twitter search using the user's twitter ID plus a keyword(s). For example:
you'll see a box on the top upper right of the page that has a magnifying glass in it. That is the twitter search box. In that box, I just typed in "miloandjack+50"(without the quotes).
When the next screen came up, I clicked on "Live" at the top of the timeline and then any tweets that include her user ID and "50" came up. Those include all tweets sent from or to Milo that include the word “50”. Then I just scrolled down to see if there were any relevant tweets. Here is the link where I found those tweets:
If I wanted to see any tweets that Kate made about Shoka, I would type in @kateplusmy8+shoka. If I wanted to see any tweets just about a specific subject or person I would just type in that person’s name or subject.
You can also use the advance search option where you can also search a user's tweets by date, keywords, tweets sent to or from a specific person, etc. by using the Advanced Search.
You can find the Advanced Search by going to the top of someone's timeline and clicking on "More Options". At the end of that menu, you'll see "Advanced Search". Click on that and then fill in the blanks.

Like others, I don't want Milo outed. I don't care about her name, address, phone number, business, bank accounts, etc., but I really would like to know if she is a paid Kate PR person, Steve, one of Kate's friends, an old-timer (male or female) living in a mental health facility somewhere, or a hater in disguise and all of the Kate-lusting is one huge sarcastic joke.
It's a fascinating look at sheeple psychology, the extent to which some fans go in order to become part of the celebrity's life. Those interested in sociology and deviation from the social norm look at these fans, and Milo in particular as textbook indicators of what can happen when celebrity worship takes over their lives. Social media puts all of this out in the open and while some fans hide in internet secrecy, there are just as many who are bold enough to tweet their love to their idols, exposing themselves and their obsession for all to see. Why do they do this? It's intriguing.

Hell's bells, Milo. Since Kate made so much money from her shows, then why should she have gotten anything from the sale of her cookbook, from speaking engagements, or from anything else? She's not an experienced cook, can't write worth a darn, and her speaking skills are laughable. Since the Deck Dudes obviously have a lucrative business, then they shouldn't have accepted payment for constructing Kate's deck. They have money; they should do jobs out of the goodness of their hearts because Kate is such a doll.

I always hated back to school shopping because it was expen$ive with clothes, school supplies, fees for sports or band, etc. And my two kids went to public school! According to tweets on twitter, Kate took the tups shopping to Bonton's at the Park City Mall in Lancaster. According to the season preview, she and the twins went to Eaves in Wayne, PA which is totally in the opposite direction from her house than Park City.
Eaves is apparently a high end boutique. This is the description of their store from their FB page:

I think she knows, but she can't face it. She is in such deep denial. Her mental issues go back to when she was growing up and it manifested when she got with Jon, read Bobbie's book and it just got worse and worse over the years. Now we see where she is now and she clearly needs help. Counseling, therapy, one on one with a therapist and co-counseling with each one of her kids.

Thanks, KIAT. Yes, they do, but I never knew Bonton to close down sections of the store for filming. There's always a first for everything, but I am not watching to find out. Boscovs at Berkshire Mall has closed sections in the past for them. Did anyone from Bonton tweet to say that they were filming there? I didn't pay too much attention to that fiasco, but it's good to know that Boscov's now has upgraded its security, thanks to some fans! :) I can now shop there without worries.
There are some really nice boutiques in the mall, as well as Fountain Shop stores. Why they had to go to Wayne is anyone's guess.

Kate is on a well system, and I don't know too much about how that works, but if the faucet in the barn were frozen, does that mean that there is no water in the house? She sorted and boxed up clothes for the local consignment shop and I cannot see her changing that routine for cash when many of the items were free to begin with. Not a tax whiz, but I think her donations have to be huge to make a difference in her income bracket. I think she's rather have the cash, small that it may be, rather than writing off any donations that won't matter to the IRS.

TLC stinks (#1), I mentioned Valerie Bertinelli's cooking show the other day, and Valerie's nails are cut to the quick. She looks like someone who actually spends a lot of time in the kitchen.
I noticed that the eye-rolling isn't so much actually eye-rolling, but it is 'darting' of the eyes back and forth. Rolling the eyes for whatever reason isn't all that unusual, but the darting is just plain scary. I wonder if she ever watches herself doing this, and if so, can't she stop this bizarre habit? Is it a tic, or what is it?

They weren't the ladies at the spa. I looked back at the credits for the past episodes. Deanna was the only one listed for the first 2 episodes. Deanna and Ronnie Dieterich were both listed for the 3rd one(What's Old is New). Deanna, Ronnie and Jessie Nolan were all credited for last two episodes.
I googled the last two and this is what I came up with:
Ronnie Dieterich is a colorist who used to work at Ted Gibson's salon. He now works at a salon in NYC called Brush NYC. Remember years ago, when there were pictures of Kate taken with a younger guy and there was speculation that Kate was dating him? That was Ronnie.
The only Jessie Nolan I found who is a cosmetologist and hair stylist who lives in Massachusetts. I have no idea why she would be involved in the show since she lives so far away. Perhaps, she knows Deanna or Ronnie and they recommended her. Could be that she filled in for Deanna if Deanna was unavailable.

The hand movements could be an attempt at distraction while lying, and it could be due to her believing expressing yourself with your hands is more emphatic, another attempt to disguise the lying. Whatever the reason, it is definitely weird.

How much is she actually getting for free these days? I really don't know.
When you sell to a consignment shop, most places now want nearly perfect or nearly new items without a spot, knee wear anything on them, and many of them will take only brand names of kids' clothing, such as Gymboree, Hanna Andersson, Children's Place, Mini Boden, Janie and Jack, Hartstrings, etc. The refusal rate is high at some of them, and I can't see Kate inspecting each item, only to have the shop refuse to take them. It's so much easier to box the things, take the items to the thrift shop or simply put the items into the boxes that are set up at various donation places and let them decide what they want to sell.
Actually, Kate has been filmed with no makeup on. I think she is attempting to show this is their reality, but she in full makeup for every couch interview, and I noticed Cara and Mady were made up too. What is not real are the made up scenarios to film. It's not everyday life and unless they made up scenarios it would be boring. At least when the tups were babies, it was so natural because you just never knew what they would do. Her show has jumped the shark and it's pure fakery.

I get wearing makeup on camera, but everyone doesn't need a makeup artist. My goodness, there's an entourage and it's anything but real life.
From the clips I've seen, there's a ton of assistants behind the scenes setting the stage for activities and events.
You don't fly on vacation and poof! Painting and beach supplies don't just show up.
These kids are growing up with a warped sense of reality and a big sense of entitlement.

Well, there are still 3 more episodes, so seeing them use Blue Apron is still a possibility.
For the blind date, Deanna is at Kate's house preparing her for the "big date". Maybe after Deanna whisks Kate away to NYC, the twins end up making dinner using Blue Apron.
Kate tweeted her thanks to Deanna for sending them a week's work of Blue Apron meals on Sept.11(a Friday). I think the whole date thing was filmed sometime in Sept.(maybe that weekend), since the story about Jeff bailing out on filming said that his appearance was supposed to be filmed over Labor Day weekend(the weekend before Kate's tweet to Deanna.)
Another aspect to having hair and makeup people is, those are more hours that the G kids have to have crew members in their house. And more hours their mother is not paying attention to them and is instead sitting in a chair, getting ready to film. Which translates to, more hours that their home is turned into a TV sound stage. So those "snippets" of activity that we see on film are just the tip
of the iceberg. The actual intrusion into the children's lives is far, far greater.

And here is another area where Kate's ego surpasses all signs of sanity. Sure, her kids might like her cooking and someone may have told her they liked some dish she served them, so in her mind she automatically thinks her recipes are cookbook worthy. Something she dreamed about for years.

Kate's show was cancelled in August of 2011. I remember at that time Milo was in the hospital having surgery. Someone tweeted that for her health and recuperation she should not be told that Kate was cancelled. The above tweet was in November. Did she have a second surgery at that time?
I went back and looked at her tweets from that time period, and she was really hung up on her dog and Shoka being friends. Those were extremely creepy tweets. Not only that, but she was dropping her g's right and left, and using ellipses in her tweets. Is it the same Milo who is tweeting now?

I've been following a news story in my local newspaper regarding a man (Floyd Bledsoe) who went to jail for 15 years for a crime he did not commit. His brother (Tom) confessed to the murder of Floyd's wife's sister and led the police to her body but then pointed the finger at Floyd during the trial and Floyd was convicted of rape and murder. Floyd was released in December 2015 following the finding of Tom's DNA on the body, not Floyd's. When the news became public that Floyd was being released and Tom would be charged with the murder, Tom committed suicide. Apparently, when Floyd attended Tom's funeral, none of the family would speak to him, even his parents. It is now being said that Tom and Floyd's father's blood was found on the victim as well.
Today's article mentions that one of Floyd's attorneys that works for the Midwest Innocence Project in KCMO is joining the legal team for Steven Avery.

Thanks for the info. I felt the same way. I tried to not be manipulated by the one-sided nature of the documentary. Don't get me wrong- it was immersive-but it was slanted.

You can search for tweets that a specific tweeter made by doing a twitter search using the user's twitter ID plus a keyword(s). For example:
If you look at Kate's timeline using this link,

you'll see a box on the top upper right of the page that has a magnifying glass in it. That is the twitter search box. In that box, I just typed in "miloandjack+50"(without the quotes).

Like others, I don't want Milo outed. Social media puts all of this out in the open and while some fans hide in internet secrecy, there are just as many who are bold enough to tweet their love to their idols, exposing themselves and their obsession for all to see. Why do they do this? It's intriguing.

Hell's bells, Milo. Since Kate made so much money from her shows, then why should she have gotten anything from the sale of her cookbook, from speaking engagements, or from anything else? She's not an experienced cook, can't write worth a darn, and her speaking skills are laughable. Since the Deck Dudes obviously have a lucrative business, then they shouldn't have accepted payment for constructing Kate's deck. They have money; they should do jobs out of the goodness of their hearts because Kate is such a doll.

According to tweets on twitter, Kate took the tups shopping to Bonton's at the Park City Mall in Lancaster. According to the season preview, she and the twins went to Eaves in Wayne, PA which is totally in the opposite direction from her house than Park City.
Eaves is apparently a high end boutique. This is the description of their store from their FB page:

I think she knows, but she can't face it. She is in such deep denial. Her mental issues go back to when she was growing up and it manifested when she got with Jon, read Bobbie's book and it just got worse and worse over the years. Now we see where she is now and she clearly needs help. Counseling, therapy, one on one with a therapist and co-counseling with each one of her kids.

Close, but not quite. They were at Boscovs at Park City. Remember when the Defective raised such a stink about store security and video tape privacy? Didn't the twins go along on that shopping trip? I thought all of them were there, but you could be right and the twins went to a more exclusive store. I have no idea why they would go all that distance when we have boutiques right here. Perhaps they stopped off at Whole Foods in Wayne! Kate loves it there, but gets lost and needs a pap to give her directions.

Thanks, KIAT. Yes, they do, but I never knew Bonton to close down sections of the store for filming. There's always a first for everything, but I am not watching to find out. Boscovs at Berkshire Mall has closed sections in the past for them. Did anyone from Bonton tweet to say that they were filming there? I didn't pay too much attention to that fiasco, but it's good to know that Boscov's now has upgraded its security, thanks to some fans! :) I can now shop there without worries.
There are some really nice boutiques in the mall, as well as Fountain Shop stores. Why they had to go to Wayne is anyone's guess.
