What's worse than filming the demise of your marriage?

Faking the demise of your marriage.

Tori Spelling's new reality show True Tori has all the makings of a great episode of her father's legacy Dynasty. Now the internet is abuzz with evidence that, shocker, it could all be fake.

Old Instagram photos posted by Tori and Dean don't add up to the narrative they are telling now. And various sources say the woman Dean claims to have cheated with in Canada doesn't exist.

And check out this prophetic quote from Tori, "I’m Aaron Spelling’s daughter. I knew how to write the story. I knew what would tug on heartstrings." Not to mention, what ever would possess someone to make a television show out of something so terrible, especially when all they do is complain about the paparazzi? This would be funny if there weren't four little kids involved.

That"s one of the things that is so perplexing about the sheeple. They think that KATE DESERVES everything she"s gotten. Why? Simply for having fertility treatments?

I don't think it would surprise me if tfw were taking advantage of Emily's blind adoration and using her as a babysitter. I refuse to consider her a nanny.

"But if there are things physically I need to know, that I need to do, healthwise just to be ready to catch a baby if God saw fit to give us one." Michele Duggar

I think this woman has a fixation on being pregnant that goes beyond rationality. The reality is that her health was in serious jeopardy with her last child, which is why that one was born so prematurely. It's a combination of excellent medical care, scientific advances and a bit of good luck that both survived. Why she would even contemplate risking her life and that of an unborn child again, when she has so many yet left to raise, is beyond me. If the children God has given her already are truly blessings in her eyes, then she ought to start treating them as such, and that includes being responsible with your own safety. Just as I would not recommend she undertake a high risk activity (racing Nascars, bungee jumping in Mexico, going over Niagra Falls in a barrell), I would also suggest she stop trying to get pregnant again.

I think Michele Duggar is stuck on only one part of being a parent - the pregnancy and first six months of babyhood. After that, she seems to have little interest in her kids and hands them off to an older sibling to "buddy" (aka, raise for her). It's a form of narcissism on her part to try yet again for the spotlight of "woman who can have many, many, many babies."

I was looking at NBC's website to see if there was any further update on CA. It still says "coming soon". While there I noticed that there is going to be a new awards show, airing in December 2014. It's called The People Awards and is a joint venture between NBC and People Magazine.

http://www.nbc.com/the-people-awards

http://www.dickclark.com/shows/people-magazine-awards/

From the Dick Clark Productions link:

People Magazine Awards

PEOPLE, the world’s most successful and popular magazine and celebrity brand reaching more than 53 million consumers each week, is teaming up with dick clark productions, the world’s largest producer and proprietor of television events, for a two-hour special “The PEOPLE MAGAZINE Awards,” honoring the cultural forces of the year. The special will air on NBC on December 18th, 2014.

“The PEOPLE MAGAZINE Awards” is a celebration and recognition of the year’s most influential and talked-about people in pop culture, celebrity and Hollywood that have fueled the country’s conversations.

“The PEOPLE MAGAZINE Awards” will bestow an assortment of newly-created top honors capturing the year in pop culture, including the Biggest Phenomenon of 2014 and the show’s top honor of the night given to the year’s Most Popular Person. Awards in other categories include the Most Stylish Person, Funniest Person, Sexiest Woman of 2014 and more. In addition, the show will feature spectacular performances from the most exciting and influential artists and will feature a variety of the year’s compelling personalities as presenters. Viewers across the country will also have an opportunity to participate in a fan-voted award."

If they have an award for "Most Horrible Mother", maybe Kate will get a nomination.

She'd also spend a heck of a lot more gas sitting on the 405 at 7 am trying to take the kids to a private school twice as expensive as their current school for a lesser education. She's on the 405 because the only house she could afford is in the valley, and not the nice part of the valley. Where she can afford to live it's 102 every day 6 months out of the year. See how much you love the sunshine after a summer in Reseda. All of a sudden she won't be the only celeb in town. Everyone is a celeb or half a celeb and suddenly the only instagram sightings you can manage is because you had to photobomb a photo of a more important celeb. This is assuming it's during tourist season and a tourist bothers, because locals don't care or even if they do care they're discreet about it since it's a unwritten rule we don't bother our celebs. If that makes them feel irrelevant oh well.

I love California, especially my birthplace, northern California. It's so beautiful and filled with amazing scenery, cool little towns, a wild and crazy city, the SF Giants, Muir Woods, Armstrong Woods, beaches, the Gold Country, Mendocino County, on and on and on. But sadly, I think when I retire, I'll have to move elsewhere so I can find something more affordable. I think Kate imagines moving to Hollywood, or Beverly Hills, and living a luxurious lifestyle. If Michelle Duggar has more kids who will take care of them. 2 of the older girls are getting married and that leaves maybe 2 girls old enough to raise kids. Also, who will cook, clean, and do the shopping? I think old Jim Bob has her brainwashed. Her sister is not like that and neither is his sister. Amy Duggar, their cousin, is seeking her own place in life. She seems to be so much more grounded. Jim Bob refers to Michelle (on more than one occasion) as damaged goods because she had boyfriends prior to him. Maybe that is why he is so nuts with his way of thinking.

Yes! Someone in CA isn't falling asleep at the wheel of child protection!

From Radar:
"Will Smith and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith have seen their parenting skills come under fire after a picture of their daughter, Willow, 13, in bed with actor Moises Arias, 20, was posted on social media. Now, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services has officially opened an investigation into the incident."

Link:

It's really sad that this child's wack job mother is defending the photo and of course, blaming those who think it's inappropriate for being pedos.

Sounds familiar.

(((

I've seen stories before about their "parenting". They say there pretty much are no rules. They let the kids make their own decisions. When I saw that pic recently, I was hoping CPS would step in. They need to.

The Smiths seem to adhere to the radical unschooling philosophy which I think is a crock of bull:

I remember an episode of Full House where they actually focused on her weight. IIRC she wanted to lose weight fast and wasn't eating properly or not at all - something along those lines. Lori Loughlin's character Rebecca became concerned and advised her of better, healthier ways to lose weight. I guess the writers were more sensitive to those issues back then. Times have changed.

I totally agree. People who have had a very privileged life, and are never happy with it, will never be happy. What TFW has can not be cured. Her greed, selfishness, and using people to meet her needs is not going to end soon. All about Kate. Once again, she does not want to be "common" which is one of the things she promoted to make her seem normal- just a struggling mom, piecing and patching. Really?

Her family does not know how to HELP her.
Jon should ask her how he can HELP her when she is stressed.
She hires paid HELPERS so she can boss them around, and feel important and have them sign confidentiality agreements so no one will know how much HELP she really needs. The word HELP is a regular part of her vocabulary.

Likewise with "Common, Mediocre, Golden Platter." I think TFW is stuck on the fact that she thought and thinks she deserves so much better than what she had and has, which I don't think is ever going to change.

Sad for the kids, in my opinion, as she is never really satisfied with them, or her life.

The Duggars ... where to start, hey add the Bates in there too. This leaving it up to God, yet going to fertility drs and getting treatment, does not leave it in Gods hands. Not that there's anything wrong with it, but they don't practice what they preach. More of do what I say, not what I do, otherwise they wouldn't be charting cycles, etc. trying to get preggers. But there she is, stuck on a chicken farm in PA, not a TV network around, surrounded by farms and tractors and cold weather 6-8 months a year. No celebs to rub elbows with.
She wants to be Kendra. She covets Kendra's house, Kendra's doting (and rich and famous) husband, Kendra's lifestyle, Kendra's career. Of course she thinks all that could be hers if she could just move to CA. Fat chance!

The Duggar dating thing has a level of voyeurism about it that I find creepy as well. The parents are overly interested in a 20-something daughter's love life. They even go on dates with her. I'm not sure how you learn how relationships work or how you even really feel about a person when Mom and Dad are driving the train for your the whole time. I am all for a gentleman showing respect to the woman he is dating but the things they do go beyond showing respect and go into an area of unnecessarily intrusiveness into grown adult's lives. The good thing is they are grown adults and can tell their parents to buzz off should they choose to, though it does have an element of Stockholm syndrome going on.

I also noticed her brothers giving him the third degree, demanding to know how he would support her, etc. I have no problem with family members saying something if a relationship has proven toxic. Otherwise, that's really none of their business and made things extremely awkward for the poor guy.

Oh yeah, she's far into "it'd be a miracle" territory. Everyone has a story of some great aunt who had a baby at 46 but it doesn't disprove the general rule that it is very difficult to conceive naturally at that age. Likely they will be testing her levels, I think they are called FSH levels? More likely than not those levels will be abysmal, and she will be told she simply cannot have a baby naturally anymore and her only options are egg donation or adoption.

The interesting thing will be will they be the biggest hypocrites imaginable and go for the donation. I mean there is a reason she hasn't been pregnant since her last disaster. God finally said no means no.

"If I am in that season of life where we're not able to have any more, then I'm fine, I 'm happy with that," Michelle, 47, said of her visit to Dr. Paul Wendel, an OB-GYN in Little Rock, Arkansas, who specializes in high-risk pregnancies. "But if there are things physically I need to know, that I need to do, health-wise just to be ready to catch a baby if God saw fit to give us one."

But what I don't get is if she is just fine with being pre menopausal why bother going to the doctor in the first place? If you really are just live and let live God's will then you will continue to have sex and if a baby happens it happens. There should be no need to have a medical exam of your innards unless you're ill or routine exam, as you're not going to partake in doing anything about it, right? There's no point to it, based on everything else she's said. Her answer should be when she doesn't get pregnant it's over thanks be to God.

Duggars: I thought the mantra of this cult was to "let God determine the size of the family". Now that God has determined Michelle is not to be pregnant, they are seeking fertility treatments? Isnt that interfering with God's will EXACTLY as a condom or birth control pill would? Isnt that using wicked evil fertility SCIENCE to determine to the size of the family?

I would believe that their reasoning would be that God gave these doctors the science and knowledge to be able to help couples get pregnant, and therefore the doctors' expertise in these matters comes from the highest power. It's still up to God if they do conceive; the physician is only God's middleman, so to speak.

Perhaps she thinks Abraham and Sarah considered a fertility specialist, too?

I'd love to have another child (medically impossible now), but I'm lucky to have the one I have.

Count your multiple blessings, Shelly!

Things actually have been very quiet since TLC announced the update special. Dare we hope something broke down in the negotiations somewhere. It seems to me they would be hyping it up now and again by now, we're already toward the end of May and it was supposed to be a "birthday" special.

New post!

It is always interesting how differently people see something, even when they are all looking at the same thing. I have always felt that Michelle Duggar is the one who started her family on the path they are now on.

Jim Bob seems to ME to be a big boob who goes along with whatever is going on. I think Mama Michelle has always ruled the roost. I just don't think they would have lived their lives like they have if it hadn't all been her idea.

I will add that I am so happy that the girls don't all have to wear long skirts or dresses any more. I thought that really set them apart from the rest of the world when all the girls had to wear long skirts like Michelle still does. The older girls do dress modestly still, but are certainly more up to date than their Mom.

Who here thinks it was Michelle's idea to begin living so uber-strange? Who thinks it was Jim Bob's idea?

But I am so glad to see the older daughters are really quite normal, but they do still have those ridiculous dating rules.
