Kate runs in Y102's 'Yes I Can' 5K in Wyomissing

Although promotion for this great cause has been shamefully sparse, we do know the race kicks off at 10 a.m. on Saturday and benefits Special Olympics of Pennsylvania. To donate check out their web site here.

She stand so strangely in pictures....she pushes her calves out and Stands with her legs really far apart
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&
I had thought after she saw herself clumber down those steps on DWTS, she would practice keeping her knees together.
I dont mean anything gross by this, but is there a physical reason she clomps around with her legs spread apart?
-----------------
She's wishing and praying for six more babies to pop out at one time and she doesn't want to impede them.

That should read OR something similar.

Boston Bonnie -- I will include your little niece and your family in my prayers. So much to go through for such a little one.

KK wouldn't be able to cope if she had a handicapped child. I think about the Hayes family and how they took Rebecca in stride and included her in everything. I'm sure they did their share of crying and praying and railing against God, but they coped and coped beautifully. KK whined because one of her kids needed glasses, for Heaven's sake! There's no way KK would be able to handle it. OTOH, it would give her something more to use in her "pity me" routine. It's a horrible thing to think, but I almost wonder if she wouldn't be secretly glad one of her kids had difficulties, if it got her more attention.

Boston Bonnie,
Keeping good thought for your niece.

I ran a 5K last weekend and the humidity was AWFUL. I, too, felt like vomiting by the end of it but I was going for a PR- didnt even get close, there were hills! LOL
I took my ponytail, down, too, I had to have some kind air, any kind of air circulating around my head. I didnt look anywhere near as fresh as Kate though. When I came home, over 30 min later, my kid told me my face was tomato red. It was bad.

Lovemygrandsons,
Love the growling story. I may this technique at work :)

LoveMyGrandsons said...

Oh, fidosmommy, you don't know what you're missing with grilled veggies. Tomatoes, green peppers, onions, fresh green beans, anything! In a foil pack with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper - it's delicious. In the winter, I roast them in the oven. Serve them over rice, pasta, or just on the plate and they are delicious!

My daughter, a nurse, always tells me that is the only cooking I do that is healthy Given her profession, she is really into serving healthy foods. However, it was good to get home tonight and have a real burger.

DD has turkey meatballs, turkey bacon, veggie burgers, veggie hotdogs, and she buys organic veggies. Although they have chicken sometimes, and pork even less, they rarely have beef. It's always venison (because they live in the country and venison is very plentiful).

So try roasting any and all veggies because they really do taste delicious!

Humidity- our 5K is tomorrow! It is humid here too, but 5K isn't that bad...but hair up is a must. I don't think I will throw up; what a wuss, Kate.

How come we never see Kate in pictures like this with HER kids?
////////////////////

Ahh because I think Kate's kids are too big to hoist onto her shoulders. Seriously, I thought the people here didn't want to see pictures of the kids. Did I misunderstand?

Parent In Lancaster County said...

As for Kate's run today, I understand about humidity, but isn't a 5K just about 3 miles? Wouldn't a true runner be able to handle that?

---------------

Not necessarily. There's a guy in my neighborhood who runs religiously, any kind of weather...tornado warning, 110 degrees, snow, sleet and ice. He's run in several local marathons for charity. I see him and wave to him, sometimes roll down my windows and jokingly tell him he's crazy. I saw him out running on Monday, but haven't seen him the rest of the week.

I went outside for the mail a short time ago, and he went running by and took a water break (the temperature must have dropped 20 degrees with the last storm). I told him I didn't see him all week. He told me that he tried, he seriously tried, but he just couldn't do it in the humidity. I told him that was no excuse and he just hmmmpppph'ed away. He knew I was kidding, but I figured for him not to run, it must really have been bad.

Parent In Lancaster County said...

------------------

Nobody said they WANTED to see Kate's picture with her kids. They asked WHY she didn't take photos like that with her kids -- the closeness, affection, whatever. She does it with other children, but not her own. I think that was the point.

readerlady said...

Permanent, if you don't like sauteed spinach, why do you fix it? Have you tried steaming it? I love it steamed with lemon juice. Or lightly steamed, just enough to wilt it a little, then pour a hot vinegar and bacon dressing over it. YUM! Sometimes I add a little chopped onion to it. My mom used to add chopped boiled egg too. I also love grilled veggies, especially zucchini, onions, and peppers. There aren't many veggies I don't like.

Boston Bonnie -- I assume your niece has Tetralogy of Fallot, since that goes along with 22q. The good news is that it is completely correctable in most cases. If that's the only problem she's exhibiting from 22q, that's good news. Still nerve wracking for her parents and you and the rest of the family. Such a shame she has to go through all that. As I said, I'll include y'all in my prayers.

Winsomeone said...

Seems like it might help a little, with the high humidity and heat, to not wear all black running clothes?

I like barely cooked spinach - more like a wilted salad.
Cook some olive oil garlic and chopped nuts (hazelnuts are good).
Pour the hot mix over a big bowl of spinach, sprinkle on some vinegar, salt and pepper and toss like mad. I think this was a Moosewood recipe.

I love it with hot bacon dressing and chopped hard boiled egg! I don't wilt it first, though...the hot dressing seems to wilt it. We do that in the spring with dandelion...dandelion salad with hot bacon and egg dressing. I hate cleaning the dandelion, but boy, is it worth it!

I'm in the middle of making a roster cauliflower soup. The cauliflower, onions and garlic are currently roasting and smell wonderful!

fidosmommy said...

See, that's the thing. I don't think roasting vegetables smell wonderful. I think they stink.
Yes, stink. Cauliflower and broccoli are bad, but the worst of all is Brussels sprouts. I cannot be in the house while, or up to 24 hours after, they are cooked.

This is just my opinion, based on living with my mother all those years. You are all welcome to eat whatever pleases you and avoid what does not. Kind of like using the scroll wheel.

fidosmommy, I understand where you are coming from with cooked veggies. My younger brother and I love cooked veggies; my older brother, not so much.

He and my grandsons are similar in that way (yes, folks, I worked my grandsons into this conversation as well!). They will eat raw broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, with ranch dip. However, if you cook these veggies, they will not eat them.

This past week for dinner, I cooked some of the veggies for the adults and then served some raw with dip for the boys. As long as they were eating the vegetables, no cared how they chose to eat them. If they don't like them cooked, raw is good, too; actually better.

We felt SO sorry for him. So it was back to our room! Recently we've been leaving our bedroom door open so he can wander at night if he wants to. That seems to help with the middle-of-the-night attacks on us. And he's finding his litter when he needs it, thank goodness!

Bonnie -- Thanks for the additional information. I'm somewhat familiar with 22q, as DeGeorge Syndrome, and most of the patients I'm aware of with it had tetralogy. Anyway, hope your niece comes through this surgery with flying colors. Will this be her last or will she need more later?

Formerly -- I'm not familiar with the Segal books. I'll have to look for them. I love historical novels. Real historical novels, not ones labeled that because they're thinly disguised porn set a hundred or so years ago. Have you seen the TV mini-series "Masada" starring Peter O'Toole? Very, very good.

READERLADY,

I haven't tried it steamed. I am feeling oh so lucky that my litte pouty-pout-pout is garnering me some recipes to try! --- one might almost accuse me of complaining so I *could* get some new recipes to try.... hee hee

I steam a lot of other veggies but I will have to try spinach. It just seems wierd that I love it raw and not otherwise. Although CALL ME gave me a good idea to cook it them put it on roll with melted provolone.

I also had a sudden epiphany (is there any other kind?) that I could, after sauteing drain it and pat it dry before eating. It was just too wet for me. Loved the onions and mushrooms in it though.

CALL ME 47 - we are all in 'agreeance' - a state of harmony. Embrace the harmonious agreeance!

RHYMES 18 - I don't hear tone. No tone heard at all. (Love Seinfeld) :-) I guess I didn't have it raw because I wanted to saute it with mushrooms and onion to use those up. I was the cook!... I just didn't think to save some raw out for myself.... I think I was trying to be brave, fair, curious and self-rightious about eating something DH loves. Huh, didn't turn out so well, except that my pouty-pout is getting me some recipe suggestions. Me devious... grin.

I must say though, in full disclosure, that DH loved it. He's such a sweetie!

SEESAW 12 - thank you for another spinach recipe to try!

PARENT 13 - thanks to you also for another spinach recipe to try! I'm going to google the hot bacon dressing, it sounds really good.

FIDOSMOMMY - I promise we won't serve you any roasted veggies AT ALL on our road trip. Raw only, carrots and dip! Onion dip, dill dip, pimiento cheese dip....

Off to google hot bacon dressing. Thanks to all my lovely agreeing friend here!

Fidosmommy, could it be a sense memory thing?

Absolutely. Plus the fact that they taste bad-
so it's also a taste sensory thing - lol. And at the age of nearly 60, that's not likely to change. But enjoy, enjoy, enjoy whatever suits your palate, everyone. I will do the same.

Thanks for a great blog. It takes many people to make a blog as successful as this one.

LoveMyGrandsons said...

Kate is a twit, feel free to pass it on. However, I don't know if it works on kids over 4 years old!!

Also, there's has been alot of talk here about Kate's kids being on the bus for an hour to get to school. Well, now I know that my older grandson has the same issue. Because they are in the country and the homes/farms are so far apart, the bus picks up the kids at the end of their driveways; there isn't a bus stop like we are used to.

The bus would pull into the driveway to get my grandson, and then pull into the driveway to drop him off. Normally, the bus drops him off at his other grandpa's home, approximately 3 miles down the road. Then grandpa XXXXX watches him until mom and dad come home around 5:15.

My grandson's bus ride is about an hour each way. As a matter of fact, on Wednesday when the bus driver pulled into the driveway, she went to his seat to wake him up. She said he falls asleep sometimes on the way home and one time, his other grandpa had to carry him off the bus because he was so tired.

Now don't get me wrong. My DD and SIL put him to bed by 8 and he gets a good night sleep. I think he is just getting used to not getting naps or "quiet time" during the day, and the long bus ride lulls him to sleep.

Okay, I'm overtired and rambled on, but the point is, my grandson is on the bus as long as Kate's kids are. However, he has to do it because that is the closest school.

Okay, I think I need to get off the blog because even I recognize that I'm rambling!

Another idea for kale haterz - yes, I really mean KALE, not kate

I can eat it in my Chopped Salad. I chop up all kinds of raw greens and the kale gets the chiffonade treatment. I think I spelled that right.... cut up into wee tiny little stips about 1/8 inch thick. It mixes so well with the others that I don't really taste it among the other strong flavors of arugula, endive, radicchio, etc.

Get the benefit, but the taste is sort of diluted to point of nothingness.

Like hiding veggies in spaghetti sauce for kids, or zucchini in brownies.

Any trick that works, I guess......

I'm lovin this love in! LOL As a Kate fan (yep, I just wrote that) I come here first to read. Why do you ask? I like to keep up with what Kate is up to. This is one stop shopping here so to speak. I can look up top and see her latest tweets. If Kate writes anything you all are the first to mention it, new picture of Kate you are the first to link it. Kate is running a marathon or a runway you are on it.

I don't remember the date when the show was canceled or when the last one was broadcast but you all do. I skim past all the filler ie: Kate's boobs, shoes, and attire, the silly, the mean, and downright weird.

If you take out all the filler you would think that this is Kate's number one fan blog. I haven't the time or the inclination to have looked 'hours and hours of film and hundreds of pap photos and publicity photos', but you all do.

So as a fan, I guess I can thank you for your dedication and work for keeping me updated on all things Kate.

And I really am liking the new attitude here!

One of my faves was when my oldest son was about 4 (he's 19 now), and he accidentally bit his tongue. Through his tears he said, "Why did God have to put my tongue so close to my teeth?!?"

Regarding the person complaining about all the OT comments . . . who the hell would care if we're not ONLY talking about Kate besides, well, Kate? hee hee I can see her getting highly annoyed that a blog about her is kind of becoming about lots of things besides her.

I thought you really wanted a football?" He said, "I do! But I got one last year, and I was afraid Santa would say, 'What's wrong with you kid? I brought you a football last year!'" ha ha ha

The way Kate is so natural with children not her own is ODD. The most normal she's ever acted with kids have been kids not her own--Trig Palin, Jamie's son Clay, now that fan's son.

I'm in graduate school part time. I'm studying for a massive certification exam in January.

I'm a mom and a wife and a home owner and a pet owner.

I'm so busy, the only reason I'm here now is because it's Saturday night and my brain is broken, I can't write any more papers.

This is all my way of saying that Kate Gosselin, with her nanny, laundry girl, housekeeper, homework helper, farmer guy who helps her, her child slave laborers, the small army of Mr. Worker-Type-People who work on her house, Kate and her long empty days bitching, inexplicably, about being TIRED, can kiss my worn out exhausted ass.

Girlfriend doesn't know what tired is and never has. She doesn't know what busy is and never has. She's never dealt with the kids and the house AND a career on her own, never.

She's a phony and an asshole and a liar and an idiot of the highest magnitude.

I meant Mrs. Malaprop #72!

Okay, another story. On Wednesday (the only night with no soccer for either of the boys), my grandsons wanted to take me to their "clubhouse".

They live on about 4 acres of wooded land and my SIL cleared some paths for them in a certain area right next to the house. There are 5 different paths that exit to the yard. They all lead to the same area inside that the boys call their "clubhouse". They have a sofa (a pile of 4 foot sticks and tree limbs on top of each other) that they took me to and asked me to sit down with them. I was leery, but I did it anyway. When I sat down, the pile shifted and me and the boys all fell backwards. They laughed and I thought, how am I going to get up from this? I rolled on my side, got up and everything was okay.

Then they took me to their "recliner chair", which was a fat tree stump with a smaller stump about a foot in front of it. The boys said to sid on their "best chair" so I did. However, the "chair" stump was a little lopsided and I didn't realize that until the boys picked up my feet to put on the "foot stool". I ended up falling off the "chair" and rolling a couple feet down one of the paths of their clubhouse.

Yes, I was a bit sore from this vacay, but I'd do it all over again (except maybe the creek part)!

Ahh because I think Kate's kids are too big to hoist onto her shoulders. Seriously, I thought the people here didn't want to see pictures of the kids. Did I misunderstand?

&&&

You're taking it too literally. People are remarking on how Kate sort of is "melting" into a total and complete stranger of a child. It has nothing to do with putting him on her shoulders and everything to do with body language. She never "melts" into her kids. Melting is the best word I can come up with to describe such a deep and pure affection you're supposed to have with children you love.

No one is asking for more pics of her kids, rather we have all wondered why in the hundreds of photos she has shared of the kids they never look like that.

Just want to get this out - my hat is off to you! What a great example you are setting for your kids.

Kate doesn't really know what hard work is. I'm convinced that her fatigue and exhaustion are from a LACK of things to do. I find that I get SO much more accomplished when I'm on my work schedule. I'm worn out by the end of each day, but during the day I'm wide awake because I'm busy getting things done. I would feel like such a slug if I got my kids off to school then went back to bed (like she said she did recently). During the summer when I have way more unstructured time I do feel more lazy and tired. She needs to get a job. It would be good for her in more ways than one. To begin with, it might get her focus off of getting back on tv. That ship has sailed!

I'm loving all the cute/funny/endearing child stories. Since I don't have any human children of my own, I have to enjoy them vicariously. Y'all are providing me with a lot of pleasure tonight.

If we're going to do the veggies and dip bit on our ROAD TRIP, I make an awesome dill weed dip. Do you want the decadent variety or the healthy stuff? Decadent uses mayo and sour cream (I can use low fat varieties, but it is still pretty decadent). Healthy uses plain yoghurt.

You know what the best part of the vacation was? Last night. After the little guy's growling soccer game, we came home and then my hubs and SIL started a fire in the firepit my SIL made. My daughter and I got together the graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows, while the boys changed into long pants and put on hooded sweatshirts (the temp really dropped).

We all sat out by the fire and talked, laughed, made smores, and the grandsons took alternate turns sitting on my lap and my hubby's lap. When they started getting tired, my DD and SIL put the fire out while the hubs and I took the boys inside and got them ready for bed. We told them we would probably be on our way home to IL by the time they woke up. We also told them how much we loved them and how much we enjoyed the week that we got to spend together.

They each gave us big hugs and kisses and said they loved us and would miss us. In the morning, they were still asleep. We tiptoed into their room to give them hugs and kisses goodbye, and then we stuffed 2 dollars down each of their shirts.

My daughter said they woke up asking where we were, then complained about itchiness. When they took off their shirts, they were excited to find the dollar bills. When my daughter read them the note that we left on the kitchen table, the boys called us on our cell phone to tell us thank you and that they loved us.

Nothing else really matters except that.

I also remember the train ride where nobody wanted to sit with her. That's what all kids who have loving, affectionate moms do - they distance themselves from her.

I think back to Betty Hayes and the love and affection both she and her husband showed to those kids. You could just tell that the house was filled with love and it wasn't acting just for the sake of the camera.

Well, not only did Kate not promote this event, she didn't even know what time it was! For the most organized mother in the world, when asked, she answered, 9 or 9:30? not sure. So much for organization and the Iphone!

Mrs. M, your new baby is adorable! I have been thinking of getting another cat and that just pushes me over the edge! I do think my current baby cat would really hate me for it though! She's pretty spoiled and has not really gotten over the whole, "why did you have to have kids?" thing. =)

Grandsons, your stories are priceless, your little guy sounds like my son. Love.

I, too, think it is very strange that Kate seems so disconnected to her kids. I only have a few children, but when I am sitting anywhere, my kids surround me. Someone (or some cat) is always in my lap if I'm sitting, and when we snuggle up on the couch for a movie (yes, I let them sit on the couch!) someone is always saying, "I want to sit next to mommy". My son last night turns out of the blue and says "You're awesome. You are a great mom." I almost cried! (it's been a hard week!) When walking into the store, someone is usually saying, "I want to hold mommy's hand", etc. Am I the world's best mom? Ha! Please! Not even close. But, these things still happen in my house just with normal life. I am very surprised that having a film crew in Kate's house for so long and for so many hours a day that nothing like that was captured, or if it was that it was never shown. It's just such a normal part of my life. Walking into a store and someone positions themselves so that they can hold my hand, or climbs in my lap when I'm sitting. Someone snuggling up to me when we are laying down. I can not remember ever seeing things like this on the show and it's sad. Even though I sometimes am annoyed by it (mommy just wants 5 mins alone sometimes!) I know that when they are grown and gone that is what I am going to miss the most.

I am in agreeance with the agreeance about agreeing! It's such a friendly, funny place here! =)

The show we saw was about anger and had a song in it with a breathing technique to do when you feel angry. We now actually sing that song when we get angry, do the counting, and it really has helped with our tantrums! Another one they got from the commericals is "when something seems bad, turn it around, into something good" which they sing a lot too. Cute, positive, helpful messages. What a great legacy for Mr. Rogers!

Gah, that pic of Katie with the unkempt mass of hanging hair and black roots plus the enlarged breast hanging low is not attractive. I wouldn't care nor comment on most people but she acts like she is some great beauty when a look in a mirror she wake her up to actually go to a hairdresser she pays to fix that mess and go to the store and buy a "good" bra to hoist those puppies back up where they should be.

I usually just lurk here, rarely post but saw your shout out for Shoofly Pie recipe. Being from PA Dutch country (Lancaster)thought I'd be neighborly and share. Hope you enjoy...

Shoofly Pie
from The Best of Amish Cooking, page 124

Makes 1 9” pie
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Baking Time: 55-60 minutes

Crumbs:
1 cup flour
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. shortening

1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix flour and brown sugar together.
2. Using a pastry cutter, or two table knives, cut shortening into dry ingredients until small crumbs (like peas) form.
3. Take out ½ cup crumbs and set aside.

Wet Bottom and Cakey Part:
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup molasses
1 cup boiling water, divided
1 tsp. baking soda
1 9” unbaked pie crust

1. To larger portion of crumb mixture, add egg and molasses.
2. Blend in ¾ cup boiling water.
3. Place remaining boiling water in a small mixing bowl. Stir in baking soda until dissolved.
4. Stir into batter.
5. Pour batter into pie crust.
6. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
7. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
8. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 40-45 minutes longer.
9. Allow to cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
10. If you wish, top with whipped cream or whipped topping, or with ice cream.
(Don't use black strap molasses...it's bitter)

Grandsons -- The proportions are approximate here, because I usually don't measure things precisely when I cook.

Dill Dip

2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
3 tablespoons dried dill weed
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
3 - 5 drops of Tabasco sauce
1/2 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (I usually use Aunt Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt)
1/2 teaspoon of Accent (I always omit this ingredient because MSG gives me migraines)

Mix ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate overnight. (It can be used immediately, but tastes much better if it sits for about 6 hours to let all the flavors blend). Low fat or fat free mayo and sour cream can be used, or substitute 4 cups plain yoghurt to make a lower fat dip. Works best with raw veggies, but is good with bread cubes, chips or crackers too.

WI blog lover would love to join the trip, however, I will wait my turn in proper order across the country. My thought is if you start going out of order to pick people up Admin will decide she wants to see all the sights along the way and ask that SHE be picked up first on the way to come out and see her. My contribution to the larder will be the beer for our breakfast cereal. You know us Wisconsinites and our beer!

The best thing about this blog is that it shows us SHE IS good for something...fodder for our snarkyishness. Be me she, me would never come out of my closet and risk having to face people. It's a good thing embarrassment doesn't actually kill you, but then again, she's too ignorant to know she should be embarrassed.

There is an article in the Reading Eagle about the run yesterday (it did bring in $10,000.00, good for them) but no mention of Kate at all. It says that they had a turn out of about 400 people. On the facebook page, it says they ran out of shirts and packets, guess they had more than they anticipated.

Berks - I just saw the article too. She can't even get local publicity. Running is such a failed opportunity for Kate. A mom of HOM running marathons and promoting fitness could be a pretty good thing if done right. I would never begrudge her this kind of "career" if she leaves the kids out of it. I'm sure she could have secured endorsements with some hard work and good advice. I think running will fade into the background soon and she'll try something else.

Do ya'll remember how Kate played with Jamie's kids?
How she got all dirty with Jamie's kids?

And how she laughed and has fun? with Jamie's kids?

And yet if the 8 got dirty she would freak the hell out on them.

I thought that mud fight was so sad. I think I remember one of her kids watching on with alittle sadness in his face like why can't she be like that with us? Or shocked that she would ever allow someone to get her dirty.

I think you mean maybe the time she picked up Aaden and hugged him - he looked frozen and a bit alarmed. She would sometimes give a peck on the forehead down the line of kids. I remember reading that 'Games Gosselins Play' was totally staged, where she tickled and hugged some of the kids and the kids looked like they didn't really understand the games..duck, duck, goose etc.

I'm not understanding what her marathon schedule is, but if it's anything to do with Rock n Roll, she is being paid to promote that event unlike the worthy 5K she almost puked at. Love it that the local paper did not mention her and no paps took any interest. Looks like Stevie wasn't there either. I get the feeling the guy has realized she's not bringing in the bucks as a celebrity as he thought and he has moved on except for when he gets paid his fee which Rock n Roll may be doing.

Glad you like my pic of Moses. That's funny that your cat hasn't quite accepted the fact that you went and had kids. LOL He/She's probably thinking, "What? I'm not enough for you?!?" hmmmph!
Your comments on being a mom are so true! Kids want to be close to mommy. But when you have six at a time, I guess those dynamics change considerably. Kate does not have the patience to give each child what they need from her. It's hard at times even when 1 child is clinging to you, let alone 6! But that does not mean she gets a pass. Each of those kids need her undivided attention and affection. She had them - it's her responsibility to make their needs a priority.

This is a feed showing ALL the tweets sent to "kateplusmy8".

In the upper right corner is a number, next to TPH (tweets per hour). Right now it's at 8.

Eight tweets per hour. That's what Kate is getting on her twitter feed.

kate looks good. Hair is a bit yellow and needs a toner...but overall she looks good. Toned and strong. Must be nice to not have to work for living.

What burns me so much about kate is that no one in the media has called her out on her grifting. How is it possible she was able to pander for money while closing on a million dollar home. I dispise TLC for giving this woman millions while knowing what a greedy scam artist she is.

I have real problem with people who take unnecessary handouts. I also have a problem with people who put their lives out there for the public but then have the gall to get indignant when asked for clarification on a latest "mis truth."

My wish for kate is that she continue to fall into mediocrity. She already has enough money to live the rest of her life comfortably. That should be more than enough. If its not then she has real issues. She is so fortunate and unappreciative its maddening. I work 80 plus hours a week and bust my ass just to make ends meet. If she cannot appreciate how nice it is to have disposable income then she's a fool. I would love to be able to stay home and have time for ME or family. But alas..I must work because I refuse to scam others to get by in life and I have a family who needs my support.

I cannot stand to hear any more lies. Any more excuses. Anymore cries of not having enough money. Kate has it all. She has been handed more opportunities than all of us will see in a lifetime. Its her fault she squandered them with her huge ego. But even with all failed opportunities she is still afforded a nice life. A gorgeous home, beautiful kids, plenty of free time, money to travel and pamper herself, time if she chose to spend with her children all day long, time to work out and stay in shape, money to have child assistance and housekeeping assistance. She has the American Dream. and don't feel sorry for her..she is not lonely..she has a boyfriend and a few friends who she uses and takes advantage of. She doesn't have true friendship because she doesn't want it so don't pity her for missing out on that. Its her choice. If she chose she could have wonderful friends. Its just money and fame were chosen and will continue to be chosen.

continued senseless rant

If kate is unhappy it is ONLY becasue she is no longer paid millions to do nothing. That is all. She has never worked her fingers to the bone and never will. Any future gig given will not be based on merit but again will be handouts due to her name.

Regarding the twitter advertisements for products...dont be fooled..she is making big bucks off that. Some celebs make $15k a day just promoting products. Kate could easily be making $500 a day even with her low followers.
I dont think for one minute kate is running out of money. She has plenty stored. She lived 6 years without having to pay for anything and she did have 3 books, endorsements, TLC pay, DWTS etc. Dont forget her assumed paid pap photos also. And now twitter income.

Regarding Steve. I do not think she pays him $1600 a day. i think that was the TLC rate. I think they are dating now..and i think he gets a percentage of her pay for events. That is all. I also think she left Jon for Steve. The boob job, the change in looks, the fast dumping of John all scream affair. Usually when one leave a marriage fast (unless in cases of abusive) and changes thei look it is becasue they found someone new. Sad but true. She is a cheating scam artist and somehow with the TLC machine was able to make Jon the bad guy.

I dont know why I am letting someone I dont know get to me. It just makes me feel there is no karma sometimes. The greddy just take more with no consequence and the people with big hearts seem to sufffer. It depresses me on days like today where I am struggling to survive. Where I will have to leave a job I love for another one just becasue it pays just a little more.

I am so sick of hearing reality stars say they work hard. STFU Its not work to be followed around in fake scenerios and sell it as real li

Moon Over Miami, I just love the Ernest Hemingway house museum, the cats, the stories from the tour guides, all of it! the small fountain out back is an original urinal from the original Sloppy Joes, so the story goes. The bar owner was moving because the building rent was going up, and bar patrons were helping him move. Ernest said ”Ive pissed away enough beer to have bought that urinal”, the bar owner told him to take it, and he did drag it home to his wifes dismay. She stuck a big urn on top of it, added some tile, and voila! Cat watering hole!

The following tweet is typical of sheeple thinking. They praise her for doing it all alone, never stopping to think that when Jon has them, he's supporting them, too. Moreover, are these sheeple so ignorant of the 15 percent mandated trust -- that she can dip into the kid's money for clothes, food, education, safety and welfare? We don't know that she's doing this, but we don't know that she's NOT doing this. If she is taking money out of the account for various things, then she's not providing for them. Rather, they are supporting themselves because they worked.
