Tony: We's koon huntin', Paw. Koon huntin' for krazy!
Anderson: But can them koons dance, boy?
Steve: No, but we all sure do fancy them there new-fangled pizza pie, Mista Cooper.
Anderson: Yee-haw!

It looks like Kate skipped the Kentucky Derby this year, but we weren't about to let her get away with skipping out on another Photoshop.  Check out last year's here. Happy Cinco de Mayo.

bearswife, I think Kate thinks in units: twins=2, tups=6 pack and her family=9. Not 10, including Jon, but 9. That's what she considers the kids' family.
I'd love to think that Kate is reaching out to fold family members into their lives, but I doubt it. If Kate was involved with her mom, I'm thinking she wouldn't hesitate to give it a passing mention. I mean, unless there's something really impeding a daughter, why wouldn't she want to see her mom or reach out in some way on Mom Day?
I'm not surprised that Kate blocked you for asking about seeing and respecting her mom on Mother's Day.
I hope Kate doesn't wait until it's too late to try to have a relationship with family and friends that have gone away due to their show.

KAT said...

bearswife@189....thats hysterical. She is such a phony and that just proved it. I have a lot of sympathy for her mother and that extended family. What hell she must put them through...She treats those kids like they're her pawns and punishes her own flesh and blood for whatever stupid reason....SICK SICK SICK...

Kate proudly displays her 50 lbs. of organic flour that she packages into storage bags, but my question is: how do you store that amount of flour? Can it be refrigerated? I've always been told that after time flour can get "wormy", so I've never ever bought more than I can use up within a reasonable time. Now maybe she does use up 50 lbs. in a short amount of time...I don't know. But it just grossed me out that she was dividing it up into storage bags.

Someone feel free to tell me it can be kept that way!

At the Grand Canyon, she is 'freak-a-zoided- concerning the vastness, and asks,"Isn't the Grand Canyon like 10,000 miles long?" and then further shows her shallowness by saying, 'what a waste of space'.
====

To which our collective response was: No, Kate. That hollow, cavernous area between your ears - THAT is wasted space.

Going back and watching the old episodes just reinforces the fact that Kate didn't care a bit about the hell she was putting those kids through. One of the most revealing was Color Me Gosselin at the Crayola Factory. She reminds everyone that her kids are preschoolers on that show too. I guess she must have forgotten the twins were already in first grade. Oh wait...she was talking about the other six, the main money-makers. Sorry Kate, my bad.

She humiliates, belittles and insults at peak level. Jon tells her she's neurotic, and "can't the kids have fun?" She says "No, not these kids." I think that pretty much said it all.

Like I said, there is a huge backlash in be.g friends with Kate. And it comes from the obsessed haters; those who watch everything that involves Kate and insert themselves into those things.
You all are purposely being obtuse in taking apart Deanna's tweets: Deanna didn't say Kate carried in groceries then hugged the kids. She said she.has seen Kate carry in groceries herself and that Kate is affectionate to her kids.
Oh Kate didn't say the tups birthday was more important, just the more celebrated one. You know because there are more of them.

PatK-- pests get into flours and larvae hatch, pantry pests infest. It's really tough to keep them out of containers like Tupperware, even zipped baggies. They can crawl into almost anything.
I would never have more than I could use in a month or two in my house, and have to inspect my flours/rices/pastas/mixes every so often to make sure no extra "protein" is residing in there.

Ground flour only keeps for a year and even then that's pushing it. It you're talking wheat berries and grinding your own, then the berries will keep almost forever (stored properly). For someone who claims to be so "organic" and "healthy" she sure doesn't know much about safe food preservation.

Freezing flour kills any nits or nits that will become bugs.

You don't have to KEEP it frozen, though. Freezing it just kills off any bugs that might be in the flour.

But no, it doesn't make it soggy or anything. I thought the same thing years ago before I tried it. I usually keep my bread flours in the fridge, they stay fresher longer.

But who in the hell needs 50 pounds of flour besides a bakery? So I guess she's being ridiculous for attention again. BORING!

Sadly, of course, the people who have signed up for the Kate Pass will not be allowed to cancel themselves. They will get their $400 back if Kate doesn't show, but they can't pull out. If in fact it is being cancelled, I'm surprised they wouldn't wait until May 15, which is when final payment is due (for those who have already reserved). I don't think it means you couldn't still sign up though, in fact as long as there are cabins, I bet you can sign up probably right through July.

You may not believe it to be true but I have experienced just a tiny amount of that from being associated in aimute way with Kate. I think Kate is trying to protect those with whom she is close.”

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Please explain why Kate will “protect” these unseen unknown friends from the “onslaught” but have NEVER “protected” her own children?

So let me understand this better. Kate does NOT take grown adult friends out in public with her because she is worried about “protecting” them?
But for YEARS she exposed her little children out in VERY public places and let them be filmed and put all over TV, magazines, YouTube (even unclothed naked and in private moments such as taking baths/sitting on potty seats) for every crazy pedophile or obsessed fan.

And now Kate continues exposing her children and makes their lives PUBLIC on Twitter, her blog, and on Coupon Cabin even POSTING pictures of them.

BUT I am to believe that the reason she never goes to social events with a friend (or family member like her Mom or Sister) is because she wants to “protect” these unknown mythical grown adult friends from the public. WOW!!

You just added to my list of why Kate is so PATHETIC!

I wouldn't take anything for either one of them, they are so sweet. Sometimes it's a toss up, do I like the dogs or the kids better? (dogs don't have homework or need money!)
The dogs get happy when the kids get home!

As far as flour, I cook more than most people, and I have NEVER purchased 50 lbs of flour. I don't see how she could use it before it might go stale.
You can freeze flour, once I bring it home from the store, it goes straight in the freezer and stays there.
I also freeze sugar, chips, cheeses, oatmeal, bisquick mixes, graham cracker crusts, etc.
I didn't think you could freeze sugar, but my mother-in-law shared that, and yes, it does work.
The only thing I don't like to freeze is milk.

It's interesting that the cruise might be cancelled. I am so sorry Kate won't get to go. It's one of her 'dreams'.

She has been tweeting about sick kids for 2 weeks. Why on earth would she put them in a pool when the temperature is only going to be in the 60's? She could have a party at a bowling alley, a rollerskating rink, or plan an indoor party with a craft and a few games. I did all of the above because my daughter's birthday was in February.

Of course, these ideas cost money, and require some effort and time to plan them. Money, effort, and time; all of things that Kate won't spend on her kids.

Kate probably thinks we're living in the 20th century.

I just looked at Deanna's twitiq account. She actually seems like a very nice person, has even said nice things about Jon and genuinely seems to care about the kids and even Kate. Why does she continue to engage with these people? I know the urge is strong to respond in today's connected world, but one is particularly nasty and persistent and she keeps engaging (in a level-headed way). Another one flip flops but she keeps responding to him too. She needs to use the block feature and just cease already. Nothing good is coming from this. She is being attacked nonstop and she is not going to change one single mind about Kate. I feel sorry for her that she doesn't see that yet.

Katie Cry-duh said...

Luke's mom, thank you. My thoughts exactly. Kate doesn't care about anyone but Kate so she would never think to protect a friend. Oh yeah, she doesn't have any friends!

So on yesterday's episode of Kate plus 8, the kids were so sick she had to wash sheets for 8 hours, oh my! On today's episode, they're swimming in the pool in cool weather.

She can even contradict herself in the same episode! Today she saved money by buying a 50 lb bag of flour (there will be colonies of bugs in that before she can use it) yet she spent a small fortune heating a pool. She's waxing poetic about gosselin family traditions...gee, that's rich given that the original gosselin is excluded.

The knucklehead really thinks she's still doing the show! All this baloney sounds so familiar. The kids are sick! Kate cleans barfy bed sheets! The tups have a swim party even though it's not weather appropriate! Kate is thrifty! Kate is a spendthrift! Such. An. Idiot!!

The web site isn't working for me and it's gone from Alice Travel.

I did a new post on this, this looks true enough to me. If it's wrong, then I made a mistake and I'll take it down.

Go to twitter.com/kategosselincruise and click on the link included in Cindy's last tweet. Goes right to the site, nothing has changed.

I did also try www.kategosselincruise.com, and you're right, that one's not going through ("not found").

Gift even that Twitter account you posted is GONE. Swiffered.

If it's the cache page, all the tabs on it still work. Hmmmmm.

Oops, never mind. Now the website is totally gone too. Wow. Did the date pass for final payment?

Sadly, of course, the people who have signed up for the Kate Pass will not be allowed to cancel themselves. They will get their $400 back if Kate doesn't show, but they can't pull out.

I couldn't connect with my "source" tonight, but darn, if this is true then I owe her an apology and a lunch, plus the promise not to doubt her again! :) I'll keep checking, though, and see if I can find out anything because I really don't want to eat humble pie (or pay for her lunch!)...

I'm still able to get to the site. At some point, Cindy changed her twitter to KateGosselinCruise. But somehow you could use either her name or the other and get to the same place. If I type in twitter.com/ cindycardella, I am still getting to her page, the top still says Kate Gosselin Cruise, and the web site link she provided in a May 7 tweet still works.

Someone, please try it--I don't think I'm crazy . . . but ya never know.

So, Kate buys 50 lb dog food, yeah, so, I do too.
What happen to the garbage bags covering the counter, gee, Kate you should punish yourself for making a mess.
Thank, God, she did not get the puppy.
Paranoid much Kate, security cameras now. I wonder who talked her into that? PB?
I hope the cruise is canceled, maybe this will , make Kate wake-up, that she is not popular as she thinks she is. Bring her down to earth.

No Luke's mom. Kate protected and still protects her children. You know the haters don't blast their hate at the kids, thankfully.
But Kate's friends seem to be fair game for all the.speculation and hate.

We'll have to agree to disagree there. Putting your kids out there for 150 episodes, tweeting about them non stop, and signing your 12 year olds up for a fan cruise is in no way shape or form protection in my book. By the way unless you're going to back it up with proof, I'd appreciate you stop violating rule 2.

Why would a "hater" "blast" hate at the kids? What is there to hate about the kids, they've good kids.

You understand that most haters got into this in the first place because of how much they felt badly for these KIDS? It makes no sense to hate on the kids. I don't like what Kate's DONE to her kids, I think the kids are fantastically normal and deserve what all kids do--a childhood in private.

It's actually the sheeple who do that, calling Mady a brat and so on.

50lbs of flour will develop weevils however repackaged. An aside for Kate and her muscles , for the record the past week I moved 16 40lb bags of top soil from my trunk to the lawn. Did I mention that I am 81? Kate is a wimp for all of her talk.

Mouse I'm not talking about California or Florida. I grew up not far from Kate, we had an inground, many people did. I know less people in CA with a pool than the northeast! It's not upper crust where I'm from either and no one ever bragged about. Regardless I think it's tacky to brag about it. Get a job. Please.
