Absolutely. I know that the sheeple aren't the brightest bulbs on the Christmas tree, but wouldn't you think that at least the owners/administrators of the blogs would have warned them about this? On second thought...nah. Just going back to KG being an "actress" - hmmmm, I do not find her listed in any cast (credited or uncredited) for Card 2 or Beverlyhills Chichua (sp) 2 in ibmd - i doubt she's lined up any flms to do voice overs...she just has't got "it". Nor is she listed in George Lopez's upcoming project. Given how difficult she was to work with on DWTS (a gig she had lined up before she ever announced it. I remember how she said she sooo could not dance and would enjoy laughing at herself - turned out to be work and she wasn't laughing then. She is LAZY.

I meant to mention we watched Karate Kid with Jaden Smith this weekend (doesn't hold a candle to the original) and really the redeaming part about it was it was actually filmed on location in China. I got curious about Jaden Smith in China and found a Letterman interview with him when the movie came out. Not even getting into his interesting rather cocky and adult attitude throughout the interview, at one point David Letterman said how was China was it fun did you get to see a lot of stuff?
Jaden said quite solemnly not really, I was working. He saw the Great Wall, and he saw the Forbidden City, which they were shooting at anyway. Otherwise he ate hamburgers and did schoolwork with the tutor.
You would think at first blush wow an 11-year-old spending a summer in China how fantastic with an experience. But that's simply not the case when the child is required to be with a camera crew all day. It's sort of obvious this was not be an amazing opportunity like it sounds like on paper, but apparently not to everyone.
What's happening to these Smith kids is starting to raise a few eyebrows. Fortunatly there are much better child labor laws for kids on camera classified as actors at least.
Having known more than my share of control freaks in my life, I can almost guarantee that Khate reads this blog regularly. A control freak can't hep wanting to know what everyone is saying about her. Also, she's a narcissist so she definitely wants to know what's said even if she claims she doesn't care. As Admin pointed out, Khate gave herself away on "The Talk" when she claimed that 99% of what people read about her (on the blogs) isn't true.
Admin, I used to have a blog and I had a free sitemeter account. It was very interesting to see where the hits came from (especially hits from different federal governmental agencies on certain political issues that were blogged about). If you don't have a sitemeter account, or something like it, you might want to get one. The info can be very interesting. I'm sure you would see that it's only one or two IP's that are posting in various names, as well as some IP's from Wernersville, PA.

One small example of many, we discussed Kate supermom of eight, not carrying Wet Ones with her awhile back on the New York episode thread (when she was beaking to the kids about getting sticky with those Lady Liberty suckers). So it was kind of amusing that Lopez zoomed in on a close up of wet ones in her purse while she lounged poolside in Au. Why bring it up and make a point of showing something like that unless it was to let us know she's reading the blogs (and secretly thanking us, right Kate?) bwahaha.

I have been thinking about people saying that us posting on this blog is going to cause the kids more damage.
We are not the ones bringing these "issues" to life.Thier mother is.Kate pimped thier lives out so she can live a life she would have never known.Kate needs these stories to come out to keep her alive in the media.

I think we can all agree that Kate reads all of the blogs that discuss her, and probably posts on those blogs, as well. In fact, whenever there is a post that gives some random bit of info about Kate (she's doing a voiceover for a movie, she's going to be profiled on 60 Minutes, or some other such nonsense), I'm willing to bet that that is Kate herself putting that foolishness out there so that we can search the Web for proof, send angry emails to whatever show she's going to be on, etc. In Kate's mind, she probably thinks that these actions will make the powers-that-be think that there is still interest in her and her 'brand'. We've got to stop feeding into it. She is not talented and people are finally realizing that she has nothing to offer.

That photo (the second one is the only one where I see Aaden) isn't the best photo for making guesses. It was shot with a cell phone and is very dark. I lightened it up and couldn't see marks on Aaden's face. I'd go with lighting and shadows before saying he has "marks" on his face. I really can't imagine TLC allowing Aaden to be filmed with bruises on his face. Are you suggesting he's been slapped around?

Nobody suggested anything of the kind. The poster simply asked if it looks like he has marks on his face. Being bruised or slapped around never even was mentioned. Kids fall; they get injured; sometimes they have rashes or red cheeks if they have fevers or are ill. Why would YOU even mention it, other than to stir the pot?
I still don't understand how any mother could be so "happy" considering that two of her 8 children were literally kicked out of Kindergarten. Who does that? In order for the two at home to keep up they must have a teacher/tutor four days per week, wouldn't they? This is such a sad story. Just don't know how Kate shows her face in public, much less how she goes on these interview shows and spews more lies. I guess the more a person lies, the easier it becomes. Delusional, really. This from someone posting here in the middle of a Monday afternoon. This blog takes me all of about 5 minutes a day to maintain, plus I have Mary Ann approving most of the comments for awhile now (see staff page), but I appreciate your concern for how I spend my time, no matter how creepy and obsessive.
As for Kate and her time, between all the tanning, pedicures and hair extensions, she is quite a busy woman. Spending your children's money is hard work.

She's not taking care of her children for nine hours a day when they are on the road and in school. She certainly doesn't take the time to be involved in her children's activities/events/conferences at school, which is where her priorities SHOULD be!

ITA agree with your take on "The Beast" and it's kids. My grandson is absolutely beautiful but we don't have him on "reality tv". He is also much better looking than Kate's kids and at 3 years old speaks FAR ADVANCED English than the tups do. Example, yesterday I was getting lunch ready for him and he said "Nana, don't forget to include protein in my lunch". I nearly fell over!

If Kate doesn't read what is said about her, how does she know 99% of what is said about her is untrue? She constantly traps herself in her own lies. The nice thing about telling the truth is you never have to remember anything.
Kate does not run 8 miles per run, or 8 miles per hour, or any of the feats she claims and hints at. These are lies she tells herself to feel significant. I have no doubt she'll enter a marathon and cheat, get driven to the finish line, and pose all panting and out of breath, cause that is her character.
In the posts asking how admin/anonymous??? knows it was Kate who was posting, isn't there a way to back track to the IP address?
I'm not sure, so someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I do think there is a way to know if someone is posting under different screen names but the posts are coming from a single computer...

Agreed, Troy. As a life-long runner (going on 20+ years), I can say with some certainty that Kate is spewing more lies when she claims that she runs 8 miles a day. Her stint on DWTS, as well as photo-ops of her "jogging," clearly show a body that is out of shape and not fit. I don't care how "thin" Kate is ... being "fit" and "in shape" are separate issues from what one weighs on a scale. Kate is NOT in shape, and her body is a far cry from one who runs 8 miles a day. Additionally, from a couple videos I saw of Kate lumbering along near her home, the woman doesn't have a runner's physique or the correct stride necessary to maintain that type of distance. She plods. There's no way she could maintain 8 miles stomping along on those tree-trunk legs (which, by the way, would be way leaner if she actually did run as much as she claims to). Sorry, Kate ... just more lies. So sad that the Sheeple eat this crap up. Kate's an affront to real moms who honestly carve out time in their busy days to exercise FOR REAL (along with actually caring for their kids, homes, pets, jobs, etc. etc.).

In my estimation, Kate is responsible for the kids for 2 hrs in the morning and 3 hrs in the evening, and 61 hours on the weekends. 61 + 25 is 85 hours.

So let's crunch some numbers based on the children filming 120 episodes in their tiny lives.
We'll use a conservative estimate that it took 100 hours of filming per episode (definitely a low number considering that cameras were set up in the children's bedrooms to film them 24/7 for a time).
So, 100 hours x 120 episodes = 12,000 hours of filming. There are about 8,765 hours in a year. This means that the children have spent almost an entire year and a half of their short lives with cameras in their faces stealing their privacy. How can anyone justify this?
Don't forget to add to this the additional hours of travel time to get to all the different shooting locales, otherwise known as "vacations" or "culturing experiences."
No matter how hard Kate's fans may try to sugarcoat the facts, this is completely indefensible.

Those kids have worked five long years, they should be set for life by now. They should have been set for life years ago. Until they are, I'm going to protest the self-improvements she is spending the family money on.

Just going back to KG being an "actress" - hmmmm, I do not find her listed in any cast (credited or uncredited) for Card 2 or Beverlyhills Chichua (sp) 2 in ibmd - i doubt she's lined up any flms to do voice overs...she just has't got "it". Nor is she listed in George Lopez's upcoming project. Given how difficult she was to work with on DWTS (a gig she had lined up before she ever announced it. I remember how she said she sooo could not dance and would enjoy laughing at herself - turned out to be work and she wasn't laughing then. She is LAZY.
Troy, all I can say is I guess I should be flattered they talk about us so much? And yes, just keep playing fast and loose with copyrighted work and see if it never catches up to you.
I meant to mention we watched Karate Kid with Jaden Smith this weekend (doesn't hold a candle to the original) and really the redeaming part about it was it was actually filmed on location in China. I got curious about Jaden Smith in China and found a Letterman interview with him when the movie came out. Not even getting into his interesting rather cocky and adult attitude throughout the interview, at one point David Letterman said how was China was it fun did you get to see a lot of stuff?
Jaden said quite solemnly not really, I was working. He saw the Great Wall, and he saw the Forbidden City, which they were shooting at anyway. Otherwise he ate hamburgers and did schoolwork with the tutor.
You would think at first blush wow an 11-year-old spending a summer in China how fantastic with an experience. But that's simply not the case when the child is required to be with a camera crew all day. It's sort of obvious this was not be an amazing opportunity like it sounds like on paper, but apparently not to everyone.
What's happening to these Smith kids is starting to raise a few eyebrows. Fortunatly there are much better child labor laws for kids on camera classified as actors at least.

Having known more than my share of control freaks in my life, I can almost guarantee that Khate reads this blog regularly. A control freak can't hep wanting to know what everyone is saying about her. Also, she's a narcissist so she definitely wants to know what's said even if she claims she doesn't care. As Admin pointed out, Khate gave herself away on "The Talk" when she claimed that 99% of what people read about her (on the blogs) isn't true.
Admin, I used to have a blog and I had a free sitemeter account. It was very interesting to see where the hits came from (especially hits from different federal governmental agencies on certain political issues that were blogged about). If you don't have a sitemeter account, or something like it, you might want to get one. The info can be very interesting. I'm sure you would see that it's only one or two IP's that are posting in various names, as well as some IP's from Wernersville, PA.

I think we can all agree that Kate reads all of the blogs that discuss her, and probably posts on those blogs, as well. In fact, whenever there is a post that gives some random bit of info about Kate (she's doing a voiceover for a movie, she's going to be profiled on 60 Minutes, or some other such nonsense), I'm willing to bet that that is Kate herself putting that foolishness out there so that we can search the Web for proof, send angry emails to whatever show she's going to be on, etc. In Kate's mind, she probably thinks that these actions will make the powers-that-be think that there is still interest in her and her 'brand'. We've got to stop feeding into it. She is not talented and people are finally realizing that she has nothing to offer.
Kate has plenty of time to troll the blogs and it sounds like she sees this one as well. Classy or not, most who blog here "tell it like it is." Of course, some of the time we just comment on what information we are fed from Kate's own mouth, or from the shows we used to watch. This is such a dreadful story. It needs to just "go away." For the sake of the kids, really. She doesn't want to give up the attention, but every show ends sometime. Delusional to the max.

That photo (the second one is the only one where I see Aaden) isn't the best photo for making guesses. It was shot with a cell phone and is very dark. I lightened it up and couldn't see marks on Aaden's face. I'd go with lighting and shadows before saying he has "marks" on his face. I really can't imagine TLC allowing Aaden to be filmed with bruises on his face. Are you suggesting he's been slapped around?

Nobody suggested anything of the kind. The poster simply asked if it looks like he has marks on his face. Being bruised or slapped around never even was mentioned. Kids fall; they get injured; sometimes they have rashes or red cheeks if they have fevers or are ill. Why would YOU even mention it, other than to stir the pot?
I still don't understand how any mother could be so "happy" considering that two of her 8 children were literally kicked out of Kindergarten. Who does that? In order for the two at home to keep up they must have a teacher/tutor four days per week, wouldn't they? This is such a sad story. Just don't know how Kate shows her face in public, much less how she goes on these interview shows and spews more lies. I guess the more a person lies, the easier it becomes. Delusional, really.
Another thing, if the little boy truly attacked adults at school, that would mean he was out of control. Kate has never mentioned taking them to a pediatric specialist/therapist and I believe she would tell it if true. The kids see their mother being disrespectful, so they seem to be just mimicking her behavior. Think of what they saw between their mother and father. We saw it on shows. The kids lived with it. Sickening.

This from someone posting here in the middle of a Monday afternoon. This blog takes me all of about 5 minutes a day to maintain, plus I have Mary Ann approving most of the comments for awhile now (see staff page), but I appreciate your concern for how I spend my time, no matter how creepy and obsessive.
As for Kate and her time, between all the tanning, pedicures and hair extensions, she is quite a busy woman. Spending your children's money is hard work.

She's not taking care of her children for nine hours a day when they are on the road and in school. She certainly doesn't take the time to be involved in her children's activities/events/conferences at school, which is where her priorities SHOULD be!

I didn't see Kate on the cover.
There's nothing going on with this family so there's nothing new to post. There was a creepy fan visiting her friend in PA who stalked them at their house and took photos to post on facebook, but I decided it didn't warrant a post. They have creepy fans, that's nothing new. It's a GOOD thing nothing much is going on with this family.
And no I'm not doing a post about sheeple like they do about us.
By the way the fan said the trees prevented her from seeing anything but the trees, which is a good thing.

ITA agree with your take on "The Beast" and it's kids. My grandson is absolutely beautiful but we don't have him on "reality tv". He is also much better looking than Kate's kids and at 3 years old speaks FAR ADVANCED English than the tups do. Example, yesterday I was getting lunch ready for him and he said "Nana, don't forget to include protein in my lunch". I nearly fell over!

Agreed, Troy. As a life-long runner (going on 20+ years), I can say with some certainty that Kate is spewing more lies when she claims that she runs 8 miles a day. Her stint on DWTS, as well as photo-ops of her "jogging," clearly show a body that is out of shape and not fit. I don't care how "thin" Kate is ... being "fit" and "in shape" are separate issues from what one weighs on a scale. Kate is NOT in shape, and her body is a far cry from one who runs 8 miles a day. Additionally, from a couple videos I saw of Kate lumbering along near her home, the woman doesn't have a runner's physique or the correct stride necessary to maintain that type of distance. She plods. There's no way she could maintain 8 miles stomping along on those tree-trunk legs (which, by the way, would be way leaner if she actually did run as much as she claims to). Sorry, Kate ... just more lies. So sad that the Sheeple eat this crap up. Kate's an affront to real moms who honestly carve out time in their busy days to exercise FOR REAL (along with actually caring for their kids, homes, pets, jobs, etc. etc.).

That takes dedication, hard work and consistency to build up to ANY mileage you run. Everyone has seen first hand what Kate's work ethic is, whine and cry and put it off.
When J & K were together, I saw the episode where they went to the snow. When they were showing her "sick" on the couch and she couldnt do anything to help, I said to my wife she is SOOOOOOOO faking it. Well, here's my take: At least Jon is in a committed relationship with someone who loves him for who he is, & who does Kate have? Oh, right...no one. So do looks really matter? No. (And if you think Kate runs 8 miles a day, you are kidding yourself)
In my estimation, Kate is responsible for the kids for 2 hrs in the morning and 3 hrs in the evening, and 61 hours on the weekends. 61 + 25 is 85 hours.
Assuming she means literally 3 1/2 days, that's 84 hours.

I wasn't trying to "prove" anything. I responded to a post saying that it was illogical for kids to be running in and out of shots spontaneously on a show with a writer because the person has the "write something." That was not a statement of fact. I'm not going to play a semantics game regarding the term "scripted." A reality show is not "scripted" in the same manner that a dramatic television show is. I never claimed that reality TV is a bunch of raw footage thrown on the air. Of course the footage is crafted into some type of story.

but it is all about manipulating actions to create a storyline. In the case of K+8, anyone who thinks the children are just running in and out of the frame whenever and however they please are deluding themselves.
Lindsey, what is most chilling in that piece you quoted are the following words:

So let's crunch some numbers based on the children filming 120 episodes in their tiny lives.
We'll use a conservative estimate that it took 100 hours of filming per episode (definitely a low number considering that cameras were set up in the children's bedrooms to film them 24/7 for a time).
So, 100 hours x 120 episodes = 12,000 hours of filming. There are about 8,765 hours in a year. This means that the children have spent almost an entire year and a half of their short lives with cameras in their faces stealing their privacy. How can anyone justify this?
Don't forget to add to this the additional hours of travel time to get to all the different shooting locales, otherwise known as "vacations" or "culturing experiences."
No matter how hard Kate's fans may try to sugarcoat the facts, this is completely indefensible.

Kate herself has admitted that the college funds are not fully funded and that "sadly" the family is not financially set for life. Those kids have worked five long years, they should be set for life by now. They should have been set for life years ago. Kate has no business putting one press on nail on her pinky finger or one lock of fake hair on her head until her children are financially secure. Until they are, I'm going to protest the self-improvements she is spending the family money on.
