Police called during brutal custody exchange of Hannah

For years, Hannah has always been one of the
most affectionate children toward Jon.
The scene was so contentious reports are Hannah had to be taken to the hospital after Kate tried to pull her out of Jon's vehicle by the arm.

Hannah still refused to leave Jon though, which is when the cops called the judge. “He told the officers to tell Hannah that if she didn’t go home with her mother, he was going to stick her in foster care. Hannah said, ‘Ok, I will go to foster care.'”

I need to emphasize that a judge can and would be thrown off the bench for having ex parte communications like this. They are very careful and guarded about it. So I don't know where that came from but I'm very confident it's not true.

I had to mentally take myself out of the equation. This was about my son wanting to grow up with his little brother. I can't tell you the days and nights I laid on his bed and cried myself to sleep. I shut his bedroom door for months so I wouldn't be triggered.

Such a blessing to put your kids before yourself. I had the blessing of having my son AND his little brother every year the week before Christmas! His little brother (my extra-son) is in college now and we are close. I'm close with his step-mother and her family (she is now divorced from my ex - and they remain close).

&&&&

When you say you love your boy and put him first, you actually put your money where you mouth is and prove it under very upsetting circumstances. Because at the end of the day its not what was best for YOU, it was what was best for him.

And the blessing came back around for you, which is just heartwarming.

I know parents who have put aside animosities over step kids, welcomed them in, and gained, in many cases unexpectedly, a DAUGHTER or SON. They decided to forget it about the "step" and just call them their kid because nobody wanted anyone to feel they're just half a child.

Literally the kids say I have two mommies and daddies.

Why would a judge grant joint custody all of a sudden?? What's going on for that to happen? I think there's a lot we don't know....maybe Hannah doesn't want to live with Kate anymore

&&&&

There was a lot of tabloid stories about it when it came out, and police reports. Hannah's been really pushing for more time with her father, and Kate freaked out over it, even accusing him of sexual abuse. It's not unusual to make a big custody change like this in light of what we know. It's a change in circumstances, a child very unsatisfied with current orders and reason to believe a change would be in her best interest.

Realitytvkids.com ~ Administrator said...

But it takes time to prepare a case and get back into court and the incident, horrible as it was for everyone involved except for the gestational carrier, did not meet the standards to warrant the child's immediate removal from the home by the police. Khate may have 2 court hearings on her schedule now--one with Jon, the other with CPS.

&&&

Police RARELY remove kids here. Only in extreme situations like mom is blasted out of her mind and might kill the kid if they don't arrest her and remove the kid. More often than not they just inform CPS in a cross referral there could be an issue and CPS takes it from there.

You really are supposed to get a warrant to remove kids. A situation like this, somebody might ask for a warrant, but I doubt they'll get it. I'm betting in this situation CPS will hold off and see if a new family law order from the judge can resolve this without CPS having their own separate. case. And yeah, the more Kate goes nuts the better Jon's chances of custody are, plus now we know Hannah wants to go with him which is a very big factor when a child is this old. Different if she were still 8 years old.

Realitytvkids.com ~ Administrator said...

IF (again with the qualifier) the tabloid story is accurate, the police told Kate to get the child. In that situation, it is not okay for the father to tell the child to ignore an order from a police officer. That is what the court system is for, as you of all people should know.

&&&&

I missed the comment that the police TOLD Kate to do that. I also don't know that Jon heard the police tell Kate that, if they did. If he were inside his vehicle wouldn't the police have to be standing right up next to him to hear what they are telling Kate to do? Of course he should address things through the courts, but court orders need to be enforced at some point, and that's where police address it in the field.

Blue lives matter.

I have no idea why you keep adding the "blue lives matter" tag. Is it necessary to bring politics into this? I said that Jon should tell his daughter to follow a police order, for goodness sake. That's hardly an anti-police position.

Police make mistakes. IF the scenario is as it's been reported, they exercised poor judgment by telling Kate to get the child rather than getting her out of the car themselves and giving everyone a chance to cool down.

-----------

Thank you! I wanted to say that but since I don't work in the field, I thought I'd better keep it to myself. I don't believe that detail either. Could it be that the cops PRETENDED to call the judge and lied to Hannah, in an attempt to get her to cooperate and end the public scene? Yeah, she's 13 but if one cop stepped away to "make the phone call" would she know any better? There's always the option that this was just an over the top, fabricated detail. InTouch, who allegedly has the video (or acces to it), told a different story and made no mention of this bit.

Also, if the court order stated that they both have equal custody of Hannah, the "vague phrasing" makes sense. If it's equal, then both parents could claim the child must leave with them. It also fits with asking Hannah who she wants to go with. When both parents have equal rights, it makes sense for the 13 year old to make the decision doesn't it?

If Jon gets custody of Hannah, Kate plus 8 is dead. Here's hoping.

Thank you, officer, for doing your job and DEALING with a family law situation. And it sounds like they did exactly what they should. A parent was being inappropriate by escalating, so they requested she leave. Thank you.

Blue lives matter.

^^^^

So Kate was escalating IN the orthodontic office?
She still doesn't see anyone around her.
How ridiculous and embarrassing.

Tucker's Mom said...

No doubt about it she had marked Hannah as her golden child for years. But, there was a clear shift in recent years, where the golden child shifted decidedly to Mady.

I couldn't quite figure it out, but it's becoming clearer why that happened.
^^^
I think additionally, Mady knows where the bodies are buried.

Tucker's Mom said...

The last thing you need is shit like this going down pending a big trial. It does NOT look good on Kate that Jon was forced to call the cops on her. Not at ALL. Big mistake. Huge.
^^^
omg, I didn't think of that. Yes, it does look terrible.

Among her problems is that Kate is not at all adaptable.
It's been 8 years and frankly, it's amazing that Kate has has such control and her own way for SO long.
Now, when the kids inevitably are going to express their minds about where they want to live and how often they want to see Jon, Kate is apoplectic.

Tucker's Mom said...

Someone else said it best, get these kids a damn minors counsel/guardian ad litem, NOW. ALL OF THEM.
^^^
If it doesn't happen now, it probably never will.
Jon and Kate's situation has been so volatile that it's hard to believe that it hasn't happened sooner.

“Kate [Gosselin]‘s heart gets rocked whenever she hears that her children prefer to be with their father over her. Kate has been the ever present, dutiful good parent for years, while Jon [Gosselin] has been an unstable, inconsistent father providing little to no structure to their large family,” a source close to the Gosselins tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY."

&&&&

Why is it a f-ing competition? Why can't Kate just accept sometimes the kids would prefer Jon? There are going to be times they prefer her, too.
^^^
Isn't this what most divorce and custody looks like?
Dad gets one day a week and every other weekend, and holidays and vacations are hammered out between the two parents?
Why does this make fathers so marginal?

Kate's whole narrative has been that she's done it ALL.
ALL ALONE.
But, that's always been patently false.

God forbid Jon get any credit.

She's so pathological.

Tucker's Mom said...

There is no evidence Jon does not provide "consistency and structure" for these children. Seems to me he has been incredibly consistent with giving them a normal life--free of cameras with him, out to eat at local places, attending local events, going on a summer vacation to the shore sans cameras, going to school and doing sports.

^^^^^^^
Jon has given the kids who see him a sense of normalcy, and it shows.
After all these years, Kate and her camp is STILL trying to paint Jon as a bad parent, and some of her fans STILL think Jon was the bad guy, cheating on poor Kate.

Tucker's Mom said...

That is extremely unprofessional and even dangerous. You don't go out in the field threatening to file lawsuits. Plus, does she even represent Kate? I'm sure Kate's lawyer would be really pissed to know some other attorney is "handling" the situation. Buzz off!
^^^^^
This sound unethical and grounds for review, no?
Lawyers don't have the right to go around threatening people, do they?
You file cases with courts, I thought.

Shocked but not surprised to be reading about this. I am so sorry Hannah has to go through this but at least the public and TLC will see how Kate is preventing her child from going with her father during HIS custody time. Gee, I wonder where her CHIEF of security was. What a joke. And what a bully move calling her "friend" who is her attorney. The only friends she has is the ones she pays. And that includes Jamie (filming of course).

"Police told ET that Kate was escorted out of the building after the incident." "Kate always did like a police escort." Great retort! That was funny.

Touching story and hats off to Hoosier Girl for being selfless in her mothering.

Gee, Kate is accusing Jon of sexually abusing Hannah yet Hannah wants to go with him. That makes zero sense. And if that is true in Kate's mind, that why does she let her kids visit with him at all. Just a horrible accusation for Jon. I am glad though all her children will know what a horrible liar she.

And I hope TLC really stops filming now that they have Collin living in lala land and Hannah begging and holding on with her life and limb to get away from their mother. Gee TLC, I think Kate has been lying to you about her wonderful home life.

Beth, Jodi, Kevin, and Kate's parents must be at wits end having to read about this. I bet they know a lot more than all of us. And it ain't good.

Thanks Admin., for clarifying that a police officer cannot just call a judge. I don't know law but I knew that made no sense.

And I really enjoyed reading about the recap about the room switch. That family cannot get along no matter what they do and what they get. It is really sad.

Jon's legal representative could not share details regarding past or future court hearings, citing the "Gag Order," but did express her client's intentions in fighting Kate on the matter.

"However," she says, "it should be known Jon has been aggressively and relentlessly fighting for his kids. Jon is frustrated by recent events but will not be derailed in his efforts to do what is right."

We've talked before about how deceptive the word "routine" can be. Does doing something on a regular basis make it right? The tups' routine used to be getting herded into the basement with the door locked, followed by 3- or 4-hour naps until their father got home. And the routine for all
the kids in the past decade or so has been going to school, filming some afternoons and evenings, and then filming on weekends. Doesn't make it right.

$$$

Incorrect. Every protocol and common sense would suggest that the police first try to see if the parent themselves can retrieve the child before you go in as a stranger, intimidating and locked and loaded, to get her. That's just sound judgement, not poor judgement. They couldn't have had the foggiest notion that Kate would then proceed to pull her arm to the point of hospitalization. That was not something anyone anticipated. If they knew that I'm sure they would have gotten her themselves. They help with these family law situations all. The. Time and most of the time it shouldn't be any problem at all to instruct a parent to retrieve a child.

I would agree if H were a toddler. But how would the expect the mother to get a raging, sturdy, adrenaline filled teenager from a car. What was needed here was de-escalation techniques that LE uses with mental health situations. And Hannah was definately having a mental health crisis.

http://dbhids.org/about/organization/office-of-mental-health/crisis-intervention-team-training/

My daughter went through a similar crisis when she did not want to go TO her dads and her dad called the police. (He was not there, she would not get in my car). LE who showed up were AWESOME. There was a woman officer who took her outside and talked to her separately, telling her she herself had been through things as well. She got my dd calmed down but I forget what wound up happening with the visit..either my ex backed off or she agreed to go. She was H's age at the time.

DD was being emotionally abused by her stepmother (a narcissist) at the time..Now at 20 she can see clearly what she went through

Hannah was raging when they asked Kate to retrieve her? I was under the impression she raged AFTER Kate tried to retrieve her. How could they have known she would do that?

Unless we see a video, I'm not going to second guess the cops' decisions in this. Not playing that game. They made certain calls with the information they had and what they could observe in that moment. She could have been even more upset if a cop tried to touch her, who knows. I'm not a cop nor do I have extensive training in how to resolve custody disputes in the field nor do I have experience actually resolving them in the field. They do. They also have the sucky job of making calls based on what they see, hear and know, and then have people second guess it a million times over who weren't there and didn't experience what they did. I can't believe anyone would sign on to be a cop right now, and it's tragic.

My money is on someone else's suggestion that Kate tried to introduce confusion by saying it wasn't a school day. If the bitch can find a loophole she will take it instead of just sucking it up and letting her go without incident. None of this had to happen, that's the tragic part. And after all this what does she honestly expect to happen, Hannah will now want to go with HER more than ever? She's so stupid.

When I think of TFW's behavior, it reminds me of an old Brady Bunch episode when Greg and Marcia are fighting about who is the best driver. They have a contest on an obstacle course, and whoever gets closest at the end to a pile-on with an egg on it, without knocking the egg down, is the winner. Marcia gets very close, and then it's Greg's turn, and he's afraid of losing, and after inching up at very end, he steps on the gas. Splat -- the egg falls, and Marcia wins.

TFW doesn't believe in finesse or subtlety or discretion or patience. She just steps on the gas.

I'm guessing a big implication from Kate's "routine" comment is Jon's girlfriends.

Which is rich coming from someone who has introduced a wide variety of people to the children, had them love them, then taken them away. Why is that different, because they weren't actually Kate's boyfriend?

The kids are teens and almost adults. I'm sure they can emotionally handle the idea that not every relationship is going to work out and be happy and encouraging of their father to find the right stepmom for them.

In family law court often the parents have to pay for the minors' counsel. You split it 50-50. It can be upwards of tens of thousands of dollars depending on how much time they spend.

I wonder if that's why it's been resisted, because it's a significant added expense. The judge should just pay for it out of court funds and be done with it, this is ridiculous.

GG, I would agree with you if it was 2009 and the divorce period. But I tend to agree with the poster on the previous thread who said something to the effect of TLC is congratulating themselves on deciding to stop filming because they knew things were really getting out of control. I'm paraphrasing, can't go back and find the post right now.

I like to think that the American viewing public has matured and more people see thru Ms. Kreider's act than they did in 2009. Ms. Kreider herself has repeatedly shown us her cracks during her own show of horrors, but by her appearances on DWTS, the Today Show, at the Grove, etc. If TLC was to film what's left of the family now, the outrage from the public would be intense, and would be one more point the kids can cite in their future lawsuit(s) against TLC and their gestational carrier. A big risk for ratings.

Yep. Called it earlier. If posting videos and dealing with school days redirects her energy and keeps her calmish, more power to her. She must miss those days when the talk shows wanted her as a guest/TLC set up press junket when she had the show to talk about.

I noticed something interesting in the Hollywood Gossip article. All the previous articles from In Touch, etc. only mentioned the current 50/50 custody of Hannah with an upcoming trial. But Hollywood Life states the trial will determine whether Jon will get 50/50 custody of all the sextuplets. His lawyer didn't indicate in her statement that he was seeking 50/50 custody of all of the sextuplets. But IF true, it would be a good thing for the sextuplets. But could the other 5 have been added to the trial re: Hannah or would it taken a new filing re: all the sextuplets? I'm just not sure Hollywood Life has their facts straight. It might be a better legal strategy to start with Hannah to set the precedent, then go back to court as more of the children find their voices and express their wishes.

What does 50/50 custody look like? 3 days 1 week and 4 days the next week? Or alternating a week at a time with the parents? I don't think the last one would be a good choice due to Khate's gaslighting of the kids--Jon would have to spend his week undoing it.

I truly believe Kate never wanted to co-parent. Jon is an inconvenience that she must work around, not work with.

Remember when she complained about having someone else dare try to tell her how to raise her kids, when he sees them so little?
(or something like that)
That right there was her manifesto, in a nutshell.

I do remember that and I think it was, in part, Katespeak for "How dare he tell the kids that they don't have to film if they don't want to". Nobody is going to tell her that she can't film the hell out of her kids. TFW loves the money but more than that she is addicted to the fame and to being "someone". If filming goes away so does the fame and she'll drop from has-been D Lister to Z Lister trying to get on any reality show that she can.

FlimsyFlamsy said...

bm (#56), I'm convinced that if Jon had laid a pinky on his child in the middle of this, TFW would've had him put behind bars. It would give her tremendous pleasure to see him suffer, no matter how that impacted their children.

I think the judge must have signed a temporary order granting 50/50 custody, pending a trial to determine a permanent custody split.

The "Kate's heart is rocked" statement referenced the kids (plural_ preferring to be with Jon. That means H is not the only one who wants to be with Jon. H may be the one who is tough enough to fight for it.

I am so impressed with Jon's restraint in all this. Kate would love nothing more than for him to have said or done something out of line during these confrontations. Then she could use it against him in court. But instead of becoming physically involved in the first dispute, he restrained himself and instead she was the one who caused physical harm to H. Then in the Ortho office, he called the police instead of escalating the dispute. Kate was the one who was our of control and had to be removed. When court time comes, that should show the judge which parent is out of control, and which one just wants to do what's best for the child.

It looks like Kate is really irritated that Jon has some stability in his life now. He has been a DJ for about 3 years, and seems to be doing well. He and Colleen have been together for 3 years or so, too, so he's in a stable relationship. Kate, however, is unemployed, still involved with her married "bodyguard", and living off her kids.

How can Kate claim that Jon is a danger to H and have him removed, but she--who just physically injured her child with police looking on--is allowed to stay with the child she assaulted? Does that make any sense at all? Who makes these decisions?

The boys are involved in several sports throughout the year; everyone attends practices and games no matter whose custody it is. They work out extra/less time based on everyone's schedules and all get along. No. It's just a very nebulous "Jon is a danger to Hannah or his behavior is inappropriate" accusation which leaves the public to fill in the blanks as they see fit. I still say get her a-- on the stand and make her explain what she meant by those statement(s). Once she can't/admits there is no proof or substance to these accusations, start suing her bony a-- every time she repeats them. Unlike Ms. Kreider, Jon still has a decent reputation to protect.

Reports said a while back that Kate told the police that she was worried about the relationship between Jon and Hannah being inappropriate. She didn't outright said abuse, she just heavily implied it (to avoid going to jail for slander I guess?)

Sad but true said...

Blowing In The Wind said... 75

Here's what it said in the police report. You're right, she did not use the words "sexual abuse."

"Kate summoned police again on April 27, 2015 because, she told an officer, she feared her gun-owning ex would engage her in “a hostile dispute.” She even added that she’d “detect[ed] suspicious behavior” between him and their child.

“Jon had no idea at the time that she accused him of having an inappropriate relationship with Hannah,” says the insider. “He was upset when he found out.”

This is the article from last fall that showed the actual police reports:

http://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/kate-gosselin-jon-gosselin-drug-dealer-116585

This set of allegations dates back to April 2015, when Hannah refused to return home and Kate was observed screaming from the curb. This is when she told police Jon had kidnapped Hannah from school.

Layla said...

So far Kate has accused Jon of dealing drugs. accused him of having an inappropriate relationship to Hannah, and told the police he was a danger to Hannah. She herself physically harmed H, and I recall from one of Admin's recaps that she dragged H out shopping/filming during one of H's stress headaches, dismissing it as a "Hannah thing". SHE is the one who is a danger to Hannah, not Jon.

I don't know how you interpret an inappropriate relationship between a father and 12 year old girl to be anything but an implication of sexual.

It's not that he was being "inappropriate" in general, which could mean anything, drugs, girlfriends, etc. but that the RELATIONSHIP itself was. I think it's really splitting hairs to suggest that doesn't mean sexual.

Bingo. This is NOT really about the kids. She don't care where the kids lay their heads every night. This is about her panicking over the brand. She got one get out of jail free pass being one kid down, but being two kids down even she knows she can't fudge that one.

Yes, in any normal situation, but with Kate's play on words, manipulation and speaking in codes, suspicious or inappropriate behavior could be anything from sleeping with girlfriends (bad influence) or doing drugs or getting drunk.

Layla @ 84 - I'd forgotten about Hannah's stress headaches and Admin's recap of her taking Hannah "shopping" while she was have one because it was film time. I suppose that was because, according to their TLC contract, all eight children had to be available for filming, stress headache or not. I wonder how frequently Hannah has these headaches. If I remember correctly there was another occasion when she had to skip some water activity (in Florida, I think) because she wasn't feeling well; but well enough the next day to participate.

Kate also wants to cross the finish line ALONE. She wants to lay claim to rescuing those kids after the divorce, giving them a lavish life, parenting them herself and getting them into college with no help from anyone.
The thought of Jon getting it all together to swoop in and co-raise, co-parent, co-home and co-everything, 50/50, drives her around the bend.
Like hell Jon will get any credit if she has anything to do with it!

It's not fair, in Kate's eyes. She'd rather shut Jon out and have those kids go without having a father, than share the credit.

Layla said...

I think Kate knows that if Jon gets custody of Hannah, or even 50/50 custody, it's going to be a domino effect. At least 3 more kids (Aaden, Joel, and Leah) will want to be with him more. Her brand will implode, her image will be destroyed, she won't be able to force them to work or even guarantee their presence to be filmed. She'll have to account for money taken out of their trust fund, she'll lose her ability to sign contracts for them to be filmed, interviewed, and photographed for money. Most importantly, she'll lose total control over them. This could get very interesting.

FlimsyFlamsy said...

And as we've said many times, if TFW sincerely thought Jon had some sort of serious parenting issue of any kind, why would she EVER let ANY of
the kids stay with him? It's utter nonsense, and she's not even clever enough to think her lies through.

I think most family law courts have emergency judges available, we do. Emergencies come up after hours and on weekends. But usually it involves signing off on things.

But, actually discussing the case with them is extremely unethical. It's a violation of every judicial canon out there. I guess if that's what they're doing theyre looking the other way on ethics. You can't just have a conversation with a cop about a case, not with no attorneys there. I'd be surprised any judge thinks that's ok.

Alexis allegedly woke her up too early triggering headaches- with those long naps I doubt it. In one of her bestselling books, TFW said the cure to the headaches was to have H take Tylenol, vomit it back up, then sleep?? Great remedy, Nurse Kate.

Kate did VERY well for herself in the divorce. She was able to capitalize on the 'poor single mother of 8 with a douchebag ex' for quite awhile. Then, she rebranded the show and had several seasons.
Kate's been feeding from the trough for way, way longer than most in reality tv.
She's had a remarkable run.

It's too bad that in all these years, she couldn't manage to capitalize on her notoriety and have her own job in media.
Now, after the show has fizzled and is limping along, her brand is doing the same.

This is why people get out while they're still on top.

If Jon gets 50/50 custody of all 6, I think it would be good for Alexis to have a relationship with him. He seems like a laid-back, fun parent. The kind a kid could have a real conversation with and not worry about him freaking out. Maybe that's why Hannah prefers to be with him. He probably accepts her for the person she is, spends quality time with her, and actually talks to her about things that are important to her. I have family in the area, and they know people who know him. They all say he's just that kind of guy.

I also hope that he gets equal say in what happens to Collin. He should know where his son is and what kind of treatment he is receiving. And he should be able to visit C. He'd be the one parent who cares enough to show up.

"Kate is never going to be relegated to steerage again...as God is her witness!"

These Titantic jokes remind of me of the gif Admin posted of Kate and Steve on the ship as Jack and Rose.

It looks like Kate's lawyer friend is just another "friend" Kate uses assuming there's a lawyer this stupid. You know when Kate meets people, she finds out what they can do for her.

The "Outdaughtered" show has been featuring the mother's sisters and their husbands a lot. They help with the multiples and have their own children. One of the uncles is very funny. Grandparents are involved too. They seem like a big happy family, and I hope reality TV doesn't ruin it. Reminds me so much of Jodie, Kevin and their kids.

This is disgusting. Kate physically assaulted Hannah while trying to force her out of Jon's car when it was HIS custody time... and it sounds like she's gotten away with it once again! WTF?!

C is reportedly thriving wherever he is. There have been multiple occasions when H has not wanted to go home with Jon. Physical abuse would probably be at the top of the list of reasons why H doesn't want to go back to Kate. The police WITNESSED H being abused - and therefore have PROOF of it happening - but they didn't charge her on the spot for assault?!

WHY does Kate keep getting away with things that any other parent would be arrested / charged for?!

Susan 1956, I have the Bella Stumbo book titled "Until the Twelfth of Never" about Betty and Dan Broderick. Tucked between the pages are the few letters I received from Betty in response to my letters that were sent to her prison address. (A work related research situation. I think I mentioned those letters on this blog once before.)

It seems that she will always see herself as a victim. She is un-repentant and will express that what she did was self-defense for herself and her children.

Some of her sentences are written with such passion and/or anger that her pencil scratches through the paper. She also uses exclamation points with gusto!

I hope you enjoy your books.

While I'm waiting on dinner to cook, anyone want to play a game of 'I wonder'?

I wonder if . . .

TLC will pony up either the money or provide legal counsel for this trial. *No, they need to continue to distance themselves from Khate's circus & house of horrors.

Khate has realized how few REAL supportive friends who truly care about her as a person, not paid lawyers or twitter/IG fans, she has in her life. *No, as another poster said she's still riding a leaky raft down the river of Denial.

the paps will return to the area around the time of the trial, trying to get the money shot of Khate losing it on the courthouse steps or celebrating a 'victory'. I'm going to hope not since Hannah may have to come to court. I know there was media coverage of the divorce--I remember photos of Jon--but there is less interest in Jon & Kate overall Their attorneys can update the press as they've already been doing.

Skeevie will escort her to & from court. Yes.

Skeevie will stick around if she loses custody of any of the children/filming truly shuts down. I'm waffling, but I'm going to say no because the vibe he put off in May was so awful compared to his cheery, smiling on air interview/Q & A session in the final RV episode. He seems to be all business and while he may like a little something on the side, surely he's tired of her antics by now. If there's no trips, no big money coming in, what's the point of sticking around?

Anonymous said...

Add me the those who fear the revenge she may seek if she loses custody/control of any the children to Jon. We know how she can freak out over something minor. Who knows what she might do if she becomes even more unbalanced and lost what is so important to her, total control.

Admin, do you still have the pictures of Hannah running to Jon as she got off the bus? I think they were from 2010 or 2011. He was crouching down, back to the camera, with his arms wide open, and she had such a look of pure joy and excitement on her face. There was another one taken at the same time, where he was holding her. I remember us discussing those pictures of Kate's golden child, so thrilled to see her daddy.

I have to comment about Dave Holloway trying to get answers about his daughter, Natalie.

It is ok for him to do this to find Natalie and bring her home! Who cares if he gets paid for it? Only God knows how much Dave and Beth and many, many friends have spent on dogs, land and sea searches and PI's and expenses trying to find out what happened to her and bring her home.

It puts pressure on people who may know something to come forward. Sociopath Jordan van der Sloot raped and killed her. His father, a big attorney in Aruba helped him cover his backside and tried to blame a hotel security guard for it but was cleared.

The Aruban government is one of the most corrupted places on earth. The way the police and the locals treated the parents was awful.

This case is really close to me and I was and still am all in for getting the answers about what happened. Watching the local news everyday and seeing the kids from school and the community go to the big white sign and write condolences on it was heartbreaking.

Natalie disappeared May 30, 2005.

My bet is she was taken out by boat into the Caribbean Sea. In fact some guy said so much. Yeah, I know, he probably has no credibility. But neither do any of the many others that have come forward. Whoever knows about what happened to her would be a huge fool for talking when the international spotlight has been on this case for a decade.

I am sure Dave has recouped any expenses he forked out with the movie rights and book he wrote. Shame on him. There is nothing worse than making blood money from his own flesh and blood. I hope he sees Natalie's face every time he spends the money gained from it.

I am wondering if there will be any money left for these kids to go to College. I may be mistaken, but I thought the court mandated 15% of the show's earnings be deposited in an account for the children. I also heard that Kate as primary custodian could withdraw from this account for their needs so in other words, these kids could be buying their own groceries and paying the mortgage which makes me wonder if there is anything left in the account. Is this possible or are there safeguards in place so the children will have money for college tuition?

Kate rid herself of her own parents, family members, friends, helpers in the community, Jon,and C. And whatever happened to so-called life long friendships she claimed she built when filming DWTS? She has no loyalty. She has no compassion. Everyone around her has always been a means to an end for her. If she feels alone then it is her own fault.

"All about them." Imagine what the G kids' lives would be like if they had been parented that way. Sigh.

I think that when you are blinded by love, and Kate really is her one true love, that you'll believe anything. Celebrity worship is a powerful thing, and when it becomes cult-like in scope, you're in complete denial that the object of your affection can do anything wrong. Kate walks on water, and therefore she's up on a pedestal. Gladys worships her.

I wonder in a case like that, what happens to the fan if and when they are forced to come to the realization that the person to whom they are devoted is not what she/he seems to be. Does that ever happen?

I really worry about Hannah's well-being right now. There have been at least 3 incidents in the last month where she refuses to go home with Kate. One that resulted in the shared custody order (Aug 11), then the incidents on the 15th and 22nd. The first incident we heard about was 2 years ago, so this girl has been fighting to escape her circumstances for a long time, and apparently has never let up. She's so young, and teens are so emotional. If the legal system fails her yet again, and she's faced with the reality that she can never escape her circumstances, what might she do? Waiting until she's 18 is an option, of course, but to a 13-year-old, waiting for almost 5 years is like a life sentence.

I wish someone would set up an account to help Jon with his legal fees. There are people who are willing and able to help. As for Kate, I'm sure her uber-wealthy fan nick_moy is covering all her expenses. After all, if he/she can afford a $5M house, then a few paltry thousand dollars to cover Kate's legal expenses is just a drop in the bucket. C'mon, "nick_moy", let's see what you're really made of.

miloandjack2016@pandapanda You need to remove this. Totally insensitive for a father & his relatives to start and promote a hashtag campaign on social media to threaten a mother and her children in regard to what should have been a private custody issue. You don't take a family problem and go on social media and try to recruit the public to take your side in the matter all the while trying to villianize the mother who has provided the love, structure and all necessities of life for her kids pretty much on her own the last 8yrs or more! These sort of hashtag campaigns create further divide, unfounded rumors and are of NO benefit to the kids at all! I honestly am amazed how @kateplusmy8 holds her tongue and composure w/such ridiculous hurtful tabloid style media attacks set up against her!

But isn't this what TFW has done over, and over and over again? Both confrontations allegedly occurred when Hannah refused to leave her dad’s car and go home with her mother.

“Jon is ashamed that he can’t even afford to stand up to [Kate],” our insider added. “He feels like he’s letting Hannah down and there’s nothing he can do about it. He’s beating himself up big time over this.” However, Jon’s attorney, Kristen Doleva-Lecher, has assured the public that Jon is going to fight Kate with everything he’s got in an effort to see his children more often. “It should be known Jon has been aggressively and relentlessly fighting for his kids,” Kristen told E! News earlier this week. “Jon is frustrated by recent events but will not be derailed in his efforts to do what is right.”

How does Milo dare to imply that we should NOT believe the words of police officers who were on the scene? Hannah CHOSE to go with her FATHER, in BOTH police reports. End of story. Milo is hopelessly devoted to her Katie Irene and will not be moved by the truth.

Prayers and best wishes for all those about to be affected by hurricane Harvey.

I wonder which others of the G kids want to live with Jon? I think Mady and Cara would stay with Kate but what about the rest of the tups?

You know, Collin used to defend Mommy all the time, was her 'helper' and got her that sweet gift. Ironically he might have been the one to stay with her had circumstances all been different.

It just makes her look like a complete idiot. She needs to shut the heck up and stay out of it! To question the credibility of tabloids is one thing, but to call police reports as untruths is just plain insane.

Hmm, pandapanda only provided a link to Mark's FB account. You can't see his post unless you're on FB. Does this mean Milo has a FB account?

How else would she know what Mark posted? Unless, of course, she read about it over here.

And I agree--Just who does she think she is to tell someone to remove a post? If Kate wants it removed, Kate will remove it.

And, BTW Milo, who was it that was egging Deanna on to spill dirt on Jon a couple of years ago?

Admin, would it be all right if Mark's post is copied over here? (I don't do FB.) According to jamesvader (165 above), he's asking people to share the #savethegosselinkids hashtag.

I second that. I don't have FB or any social media access, and I would like to read his comments.
