If Kate had zero media attention for running and had to ran in a local marathon, I don't believe she would have pursued the hard work that it took her to run all those miles training. Kate had fanastic motivation to run this marathon (media attention) that the regular person doesn't have.
So we are bored and lied that Kate may have cheated at the marathon? Really, Kreider? Have you asked your victimish self why people don't believe you? Do you really think people are out to get you because they're bored and hateful? If you really ran the entire marathon (I can just picture the shifting eyes now), then why don't you stand up for yourself for real? Ahhh, never mind. It would just be more lies. The fact that you have NO INTEGRITY, just negative notoriety, probably means that further free trips to promote marathons are not in the cards for you. In case you don't get it, jumping off a scooter and crossing the finish line is not winning. Loser.

I was wondering if anyone else saw that tweet. I agree the split with TLC was not amicable and that Jon is not going to allow his children to be filmed anymore. When under contract, the judge allowed filming to continue. Now, highly unlikely he'd override Jon's argument about what's in his childrens' best interest ~ no more filming ~ especially with the Blankenship revelation.

If she is still in so much pain, how was it that she was able to wear heels right after the marathon? Seems to me that if you are in pain, that's the last thing you'd want to do.
In order to survive the overwhelming amount of negative notoriety, Kate has convinced herself that it's just jealousy that drives the hate machine. Nothing more than that. Wow. That speaks volumes about her self-love. What has happened to her. Now she is focusing-obsessing on training to do another marathon with some dude from NZ whom she perceives as a running god. Sounds like someone has an addictive personality. I swear if she knocked off all this obsessive behaviour (marathons, dieting, physical appearance) people would cut her some slack. Clearly, she has devised some weird coping mechanism that allows her to block out the 99% who can't stand her. Personally, I think it will come at a price. Some how. Some way. Very unhealthy way to live if you ask me.

Just reading that made me cringe. That is defintely the last thing you want to do, let alone what you probably should do!
I don't remember when Kate started wearing heels so much and claiming she never feels dressed without them but she surely cannot be doing her feet all that much favor here. It can't be good all the time. What is the point? Does she think it makes her look better? It doesn't in my opinion. Just makes her look ridiculous. No mom I know wears heels all the time.
I wonder what Kate's feet will look like in 10-15 years? Yikes!

Does anyone know how the chips work? Do they give them to you to put on or do they put them on? I saw a photo of Kate running and her chip is on her left foot, but everyone around her has it on the right. Just think that is interesting.

I stil think Kate completed this marathon and I've said that since day one. I don't think she cheated because I don't think SEASONED marathon runners would risk getting caught and getting kicked out of future marathons. They just wouldn't.
There are reasonable explanations for everything "fishy." Even her friend's timer could have malfunctioned so they just used Kate's timer for hers since they ran together. There were thousands of those timers and many opportunities for glitches.
However Kate's tweet addressing this is irritating. She said they're strict about cheating. That may be but people DO cheat in marathons, a LOT, it does happen, so to pretend one can't cheat because they're strict is just not logical. Second, she says people are jealous. No, people don't believe the skank who cried wolf, Kate. There's a difference. How can people be jealous when many of them hate running, have no desire to run, wouldn't want to do a marathon even if they could, and don't need a marathon to feel accomplished or good about themselves. It's so easy to brush off any real questions about anything with "just jealous." It's the cheap, easy, Cliff notes way out of any criticism and I've had it with hearing that.
I would like her to explain Ellen's timer, because if it was a chip malfunction she could say that and be done with it.

I can't imagine that either Kate or Steve or both would be so stupid to think that they could get away with it. Yes, it was run after dark, but with thousands and thousands of people out there, certainly someone with a camera would have gotten a picture of her on a scooter or a bus and sold it to the tabs. Kate must have known that such a scenario would have been highly probable.
I would love to have one of her sheeple ask her a direct question that she would have to answer with a direct yes, or no answer - no beating around the bush: "Did you at any time during the race ride a scooter, bus, or any motorized vehicle?" Would she be able to say "No! I did not!" or would she give an evasive answer, such as "I ran the race and crossed the finish line?"
comment on her marathon blog that she chose this marathon because it was run at night and she 'ALWAYS DOES HER BEST RUNNING AT NIGHT'. WHEN have we EVER seen pics of her running at night? See, kate, THIS kind of thing is why NO ONE EVER BELIEVES YOU!
