Oooh, a couple of new IG comments she hasn't swiffered yet:

errington_bound Wow the tabloids are having a field day over these unproven child abuse allegations. I like how they say she's not the most patient mom ever like really she 8 kids no one would be "the most patient" with so many kids. Why do they hate her so much!

nick_moy@errington_bound I stopped reading the tabloids. It all boils down to making money.. Some social media will pay money if you have a lot of followers or hits to their postings. So not looking or reading their lies, I am not supporting them. I once heard this about the tabloids. "Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story".

jbnicholssKate, I know this is a TOTAL shot in the dark, but...I have watched you and the kids since I was in 3rd grade! We even got a DVR so that I could watch the kids when I got home from school:) I'm now a sophomore in high school and my mom and I are going to be in your neck of the woods this weekend. Is there any place we could meet up with you and maybe even some of the kids if possible?! it's my dream to meet any of you guys, I've been amazed by your grace and stick-to-it-ness throughout the years and hardships. You are a class act and I admire you so much.

I think that last one is from the same person mentioned by Sherry above (198). "Grace"? "Class act"? It's an act, all right, but class is no part of it.

There's something terribly human about that, lol. When you're just over it.

If Hillary wins, about the smartest thing she could do would be to divorce ole Bill tout de suite. Otherwise, there will forever be a question about who's really running the ship. With all that's come about about the Foundation and CGI and Teneo, I think she's really got to put some distance between her and them.

They're absurd. The tabloids were just looking for a good story, any story, and got their hands on some (real) documents, like police reports. It's cliche, but it's really not personal. They would have done this to anyone who was involved in police reports such as these. If this were Jennifer Gardner they would be published too. One thing led to another and here we are. Besides, it's really not the point that the media hates her or love her. That's a separate issue. It doesn't change the authenticity of those police reports.

I would just like to add my two cents about the election. My parents are snowbirds, spending half the year in Florida and the rest up here in Ontario.
When they came back, they were talking lot about your upcoming election. They kept bashing Hilary and I would always come back with the opinion that she'd be a much better President than Trump. I would tell them why I didn't like him. but never understanding their negativity toward Hilary.
One day over lunch I finally said "Why don't you like her? They both replied in sync-"She's corrupt". I asked for examples and went home and started doing ridiculous amounts of research. Reading the book Clinton Cash, the email scandals, scanning Wikileaks and reading in detail about massive amounts of rapid income with blurred lines regarding the Clinton foundation while following alternative news sites with a critical eye, convinced me my parents were right.
When I went back to them with my new found 'awareness', my father said-"It's not like we want Trump to be the next President. We just don't want that crook in the White House".
I'm by no means a pundit, but I've consumed more than enough information by reading and watching every type of coverage. If I hadn't taken it upon myself, I'd be believing all the crap that the main stream media is shoving down our throats.
Although CNN-ABC-NBC etc may have touched on the donations to the Clinton Global Foundation from Qatar and Saudi Arabia, they certainly aren't espousing that Hilary who is supposedly for 'women' and 'fairness' and 'equality', is fattening her 'foundation' from countries who don't allow their woman to drive, govern by the law of Sharia, throw gay people off of buildings and are allowed to beat their women. Hilary is in this for herself.
My parents are heading down later this year as my father is having surgery tomorrow. He's going to one of the best hospitals with a top surgeon just by using his Ontario Health Card.He has coverage for prescriptions afterward and fast paced follow up visits. He talks about his American friends and how they're suffering under Obamacare and working way past retirement just to have some medical insurance. The USA deserves better than this.
I really like the United States of America in so many aspects and tomorrow I wish for a peaceful election process and moreover, I hope for you all to be safe in what is truly the most sensational event in our lifetime.

Great post Ellie. I'm glad you took the time to research the candidates rather than just listening to the 30-second blurbs on the mainstream media. It is quite depressing to see the media outlets so obviously biased. CNN and NBC are obviously promoting Hillary while FOX is obviously promoting Trump. I miss the days when the media reported the news in an intelligent way rather than trying to push their agenda on the viewers. This election has become nothing but a big reality TV show. The Survivor generation is picking the leader of our country.

This election is going to be about picking the lesser of two evils. Trump is a political idiot and Clinton is corrupt to the core. Personally I'm voting Trump because I think with a lot of opposition to his ideas in Congress he will do the least amount of damage to the country over the next four years. I don't think we'll be better off in 2020, but maybe we can have a do-over then with candidates that are actually competent.

I understand that sentiment but I wish there was more understanding of why people feel Hillary is so dangerous. And it starts with someone utterly incapable of even understanding how to keep a basic email classified.

She doesn't even know how to use a desktop computer, and commands her staff to buy her ancient blackberries because it's the only thing she knows how to use. One had to go on ebay to get her the old version. She instructed her maid to print out classified emails because she doesn't want to read them on her ancient blackberry. The maid! It's 2016 and almost all classified material, not to mention terrorist acts, involve technology in some form. Our sitting president needs to have more than an elementary understanding of technology. And it would help if they wouldn't stubbornly refuse to learn, use and accept the wonderful technology we have in place to keep our secrets safe. This is SCARY. Understanding and maintaining classified information is one of THEE most important jobs of a president, and she's a failure at it. The other side says you want him at the button? Maybe not, but I sure as hell don't want her at the space bar.

Here's the thing about Trump. We all laughed when he announced that he was a candidate. Sediment was that he's grow tired of it after a month or so. He didn't. Then we said it would be a miracle if he stuck it out to get the nomination. That happened. Love him, or hate him, he stayed with it until the end. And yes, Hillary's lack of knowledge in how to keep e-mails secure and safe does scare me. She sent blanket classified e-mails to Chelsea, who had assumed an alias name, for goodness sake. The deleting of thousands of all of those e-mails seems a bit sketchy to me and her unwillingness to learn basic technology is a bit troubling. It kind of reminds me of Kate and her laziness at not bothering with her blog, and just not keeping up with the times.

By the way, Donald wouldn't be the only one with his hand on the button, but Hillary alone worked the space bar, putting the security of the country at risk.

Well neither candidate has ever been thrown in jail so what does that prove? There are very high standards to convict someone and she has a lot of immunity from most suits in her positions. This was a mandate. The media tried to set the narrative, and failed. Voters came out from the heart of America and made their voices heard in the face of overwhelming opposition, bullying, awful name calling and accusations of racism and anti-woman if you support Trump, and so much more. And they went out, and they voted for him anyway.

Hillary has one path left to win. She'd have to thread a needle in a stack of needles. HUGE mistake putting a Clinton up this year.

Whose nails are bitten down to the quick?

Realitytvkids.com ~ Administrator said...

They're comparing this to Brexit left and right, a one-two punch from America's heartland.

It's mind-boggling to consider the support Hillary has gotten--from the media, from the DNC--they all tried to create their own narrative and force it upon the voters. It looks like that backfired. We were all wondering if Florida was going to have another "hanging chad"-type fiasco and save Hillary from herself, but surprisingly, that didn't happen. The public, I think, just couldn't stomach the level of corruption that Hillary brings to the table.

Don't worry about Trump having his finger on some button. It doesn't work that way. He can't push a button or input any codes on a whim. There's a lot more to it. Let's hope he has some amazing advisors.

American should be furious that the elite media thinks they can tell American what they are thinking and feeling or how they should think or feel. Better than finally flushing the Clintons is finally flushing the media.

Layla said...

Yes, the elite media has to finally face the fact that they cannot tell people what to think, how to feel, and how to vote. Right now I don't see any possible way that Hillary can pull off a win. I think, if his own party had given him a fair chance, Bernie could have defeated Trump. But they just had to make sure their golden girl was the candidate. Just desserts. If I were Bernie, I would be furious with the DNC. They threw away the election.

I DO think the campaign has been brilliant and I was one of the minority saying for over a year now he was getting the nomination and had a really good chance to take it all the way. BUT the idea that the media would acknowledge that NOW when all along they've written him off as a joke, is absurd! Where were they?

I even think the Trump camp doom and gloom statements this weekend were strategic, designed to get people fired up to get out there and vote knowing they were desperately needed and it was not going to be easy to win this without a good turnout. If they played it differently, people might have stayed at home and not bothered, thinking their votes don't matter.

And, they reassured the public it was in the bag, Hillary was going to win. And what did we see? Low Dem voter turnout. I think a lot of Dems thought well it's in the bag, and I really don't feel like sparing 20 minutes or potentially much more so, I'm not voting. So being so assured backfired big time. While all the talking heads were sitting around their elaborate sets last night asking how this could be happening, how could the polls could be so wrong, I was reminded that at least one was right. No matter how corrupt Clinton--or Trump--may or may not be, Hillary was viewed as a continuation of the Washington establishment, and virtually all of her top aides are being paid by both public institutions and private entities. This used to be called conflict of interest; when it lost that designation, I'm not sure. Trump was seen--and is--on the outside of the Washington circle jerk,, and despite all his negatives, I think that's why he squeaked it out.

Who really cares what any of these people have to say? The rich (and all the celebrities) that supported Hillary, are insulated from any absurd policy that Trump puts in place. Yes. She was seen as a third term for Obama and another term for Bill. It didn't work. A commentator today was asked why she lost. The answer was simple. She didn't know what was going on in this country, and all the way the way through this campaign she thought she had it made in the shade, a sense of entitlement and that she was owned this position.

Then, too, the media inadvertently was partially responsible for her defeat. The voters were, essentially, flipping the bird at the media, saying you are NOT controlling this, you will NOT tell us for whom to vote.

Has there ever, historically, been a a defeated candidate who has not given a concession speech on the night of the election? I haven't googled it.

I don't think most people honestly think Roe v Wade is ever going away, therefore there is no worry about voting someone who is anti-abortion. The president can't repeal that. The only thing he can do is change the makeup of the Supreme Court, but that's only if people die or resign, and it would still be nearly impossible to change it. First you need a case to actually make it up there, then you need enough to reverse it. What's more, a lot of women are perfectly fine with the government telling women they can't have an abortion, if it ever came down to that. So there's that crowd, too. In sum, a vote for Trump did not have anything to do with abortion one way or the other, for many people.

They are not stupid or idiots. We have been called, on this blog as well, that voting for Trump made us equal to pond scum. I actually saw that statement. An election like this is going to be very hard on some families. My sister and her husband are strong Democrats. We are very close and I'm not worried about somehow losing her, but for a while there will be some tenseness. I will be praying for our country. I think if we can all remember that tomorrow will come, and if we have our health, our loving families -- including all those wonderful grandkids (and if you don't have any yet, you have a wonderful treat coming!), then that is enough. The majority of the world doesn't understand that? The majority of the world actually forbids abortion on request. It IS permitted, in most countries, to save the life of the mother, and I don't have any issue with that. But a simple right to chose as we have and will continue to have, is actually not the majority of the world at all, so I don't think the majority of the world is upset America would vote Trump based just on that issue. And since Trump never indicated he would do anything at all to try to curtail abortions, other than to make some comments about late term abortions, this is much ado about nothing. I really don't think anyone was voting on that issue, it's so put to bed at this point. It was put to bed before I was even born.

Also, I don't think you can brush this issue off as just some cultish view from the religious. There's morality too, and I don't much care what some biblical text says, I think abortion is morally wrong. An unborn baby is a child to me, and should not be killed but for a few narrow exceptions--health of mother, non-viable baby, etc. But, I support Roe v. Wade because I have an understanding that women will do it anyway, and if they're going to do it anyway, I'd rather they be safe and in a hospital. I don't want to return to the coat hanger days. The issue is more complex.

I also fully support making all the best birth control available to everyone, cheap or free.

Even as a born and raised Catholic, it really wasn't that AT ALL that most formed my opinion of aborting babies. When I was in college, I took embryology, and it changed everything I knew.
What I learned about fetal development, what is happening when, at what point in time that baby has 10 fingers and 10 toes, and a beating heart, sucking a thumb... I can never unknow that now.
And like Admin, I support a woman's right to choose, even though I don't agree with the decision on many levels.

Has anyone seen the Pedigree extended commercial on the news outlets? They had a nice woman scout out the Trump and Clinton recent rallies in middle America with an adorable golden retriever on a leash. She went to each gathering wearing the opposing candidate's "I support" T-shirts. She claimed the dog was lost and she was looking for the owner, etc. On each side, she was treated with complete kindness, and the willingness of strangers to help her out. Laughs and personal fur baby stories were shared all around. I seriously cried my eyes out!

This is the country I know and love. Look it up if you get the chance. We are great people here in the USA. Let's put the focus back on what we truly should all be... United! It has been an emotional year, at any rate.

Just a guess, but I bet hey'll stay there during the work week, then fly back to the New York penthouse on the weekends and work from there. It's only a couple hour flight. Baron will stay in New York and go to his same school, and his mother will stay with him.

The White House does not seem like their taste, and I don't know if they'll really bother to make it feel like home.

Why? I was just thinking about that this morning, all of the ads that were vile, nasty, and downright bullying Trump, maybe not to his face, but the ads were horrible. Neither side was cordial to the other, but that's the nature of the political machine. Hillary's hands, as far as bullying, were anything but clean.

&&&&

It's water under the bridge now and not anything to dwell on, but she called his voter base deplorable. It was a bullying, nasty comment. She apologized for it, and I accept her apology, but the damage was done. People felt bullied by her, and regardless of who how or what Trump did to bully, that was it for anyone who was even considering jumping sides and voting for her. In hindsight, the idea that she actually thought, being a Clinton, she could push around people who didn't even like them in the 90's, was a huge misstep. Huge. Books will be written.

Funny, we were saying today the truth of it was Trump always was going to win. We just didn't realize it until after it happened.

I still think her speech today was the most gracious thing I've ever heard out of her mouth and made a huge difference in helping to calm people down.

Deplorable? Maybe not the swinger. I think compromising the integrity of not only our national security, but also our worldwide security is what changed things. Words are words, but this was far more than that. I can tell you from experience that classified documents typically involve more than one countries sensitive information. It's no secret. My sister and I shed tears over this today. We stood in line that day to vote for Jill separately within a mile away, having no idea the other was doing the same! An election for the books. Our husbands both voted Trump that morning.

That's the kind of race this was. I'm so glad that part is over. We each never expressed our final views until the 11TH hour. As one poster said here- "XXXX... don't ya wanna wait until after Monday to vote? I mean anything can happen in the next few days!"

Also, we didn't get any trick or treaters and I sadly think that tradition is over here in L.A.

You know, I hated Obama, but I prayed for him and his family. I had proper respect for him and would have never threatened to leave my country. It amazes me how the character of almost half our nation has sunk. She may be the devil you know, but I do believe Trump loves our country in a much more loyal way than Hillary ever has. The country spoke. I truly hope you Hillary supporters give Trump a chance. Our country hasn't worked well for over 8 years. Let's give this man a chance. Begin by praying for him and his advisors on a daily basis.

&&&&

There was nothing like this when Obama was elected, or when other liberals get elected. Most conservatives accepted such losses with dignity, did not take to the streets or flood Facebook with whining and hyperbole, and went back to the drawing board to figure out how they were going to take back the government for the Republicans. And that's why they won this time in an absolute sweep. It's getting embarrassing, start figuring out why your lost and look to the next four years. Good Lord.

I was so looking forward to hanging out on the grassy knoll at the LAX In and Out, chomping down on my double double cheeseburger and waving off all the celebrities as they leave the country. Of course none of them are now. What country pray tell were they going to go to anyway? Unlike us, most countries, ESPECIALLY Canada, don't just let you in on anything more than a 3 month tourism visa. Good luck with that one!

An overwhelming number of women voted for Trump. Yet another thing the media got flat out wrong, was so gleefully shaming the "minority" of women who were going to vote for Trump.

I can find some fringe freak groups who endorsed Hillary too, but what does that prove?

The anti Trump crowd keeps saying things like this, seemingly without acknowledging this kind of rhetoric played a direct role in Trump getting elected. Americans KNEW it was rhetoric, saw through it, and what's more, lost complete trust in the other side to tell them the truth. Every time someone said "the KKK endorsed Trump!" that was actually a vote FOR Trump, not against. What's fascinating, is they continue to say garbage like this, even though it lost them the election. Fascinating.

The President of the US can't just do ANYTHING he wants unchecked. Congress and the Senate have to approve a lot. The most power the POTUS has is with foreign policy.

That's my understanding. Correct me if I'm wrong...

I don't think anyone controlled Trump's tweets aside from Trump himself. He can tweet or do whatever he wants as Donald Trump, and deal with the consequences.

As President it won't be the same for him.

The President can't take away the rights of Americans, rights that they have under the Constitution, all on his own. I don't see Trump changing or adding any amendments... Free speech, freedom of religion, etc. Why do people feel the President can do anything he wants unchecked?

I don't know, maybe he can make changes when it comes to freedom of religion, if there are terrorist ties. Maybe that will be a change Congress approves.

Building a wall? Can he do that on his own without approval? I guess if Trump can be a wacko so can people in Congress.

As far as what he can do as President on a personal level, like harassing female employees, and intimidating women not to speak up, that's another issue. Presidents have always gotten away with stuff like that.

For even most people who don't like his politics, I almost always hear, but I respect him as a person and father. I just can't get behind this picture of America against Obama for eight years. Because the president-elect was acting like that.

He seemed to think he was running for dictator, not President. Announcing that he was going to this, and do that, unchecked by anyone or anything.

Things that he couldn't just 'do' just because he wants to.

I'm not sure that he comprehends what a democracy is. I'm not sure that he gets that he was elected President of the USA, not CEO with no board of directors or stockholders.

Or maybe they think the president can do anything he wants because Obama issues executive orders all the time bypassing checks and balances. Some of which really ticked off our Supreme Court. I mean, let's be fair.

I also assume when a candidate says I'm going to do this, they mean, through our system of government. Hillary said all kinds of things she was going to do too, and never mentioned checks and balances. Yet that's all fine for her to say without question. The thing is, I assume most Americans remember 5th grade civics and understand checks and balances. I didn't find either candidate's blanket statements about what they are going to do anything different than any other candidate promises before. I found the media's anti-Trump spin, however, unbelievably inappropriate and unprecedented. The hyperbole about Hitler is just silly. Time to stop, because that kind of alarmist rhetoric got Americans fed up with the implications to his supporters, and got them even more determined to get him elected. No one likes to be called a Nazi supporter, which is why they said F-U and voted for him.

Now, here we have angry mobs taking to the streets, lighting bon fires, burning our flag and burning our POTUS-elect in effigy.
It is sickening. Just sickening. This is not what you do when you don't get your way.
Many people are feeling things-from trepidation to abject fear and anger-right about now. Hillary and Obama have asked the people who've loved and supported them, to accept the results of the election and have hope, and an open mind with Trump.
Do they honor? No. Do they "go high"? No.
It's embarrassing as an American to see these snowflakes lose their ever loving shit when they didn't get their way.

I do feel deeply for all the people who have sweated blood and tears for Hillary, but they lose me when they carry on like crazy idiots, and shame our country's proud tradition of the peaceful transition of power.

I can acknowledge when the other side does well, and both Hillary and Obama have handled this loss with dignity, using up most of their time to try to calm and encourage the American people. Of course, the people didn't listen.

Did anyone watch a Hillary rally from a few days ago? There was a vet and Trump supporter there, and the crowd was out for absolute blood. Obama practically had to yell and scream at them to knock it off, he has every right to express his opinion because this is what democracy is.

That side has done everything they claim the Trump supporters do. I don't want to hear a single thing more about how violent and out of control the Trump crowd is. That crowd is exactly, exactly the same. Talk about pot calling the kettle black. I have no respect for that kind of thing from any side, but if I hear one more time how much worse the Trump folks are, I'm going to tear my hair out. They're not worse. They're not better. They're all, the unreasonable ones anyway, an angry immature mob. Flip a coin what side you're on because it doesn't matter.

Trump is hardly the first to suggest that Hillary's actions with her email should land her in jail. It's not like he was saying you used too much TP in the Senate restroom and should go to jail. Many people provided specific examples of people sitting in jail for similar or identical acts. Yes, you do go to jail for acts like that. I'm not sure why that's Trump's fault for stating the truth.

That said, I think Obama should pardon her and let her move on with her life and do something good with what's left, and that Trump should move on from it too. Has he mentioned the email server since elected? Seems like he's not really harping on it now that he's won.

All I hope for regarding Hillary Clinton at this point is that any continuing investigation into her actions and the actions of her advisors is independent of any political influence.

I don't want Trump to carry out a personal vendetta against Hillary using the FBI, the IRS, or any other government agency. On the other hand I also don't want to see Hillary walk away scot-free if the accusations against her of using the Clinton Foundation as a way to get foreign governments to pay-to-play for access and influence during her time as a senator and Secretary of State turn out to be true.

Let the FBI and the IRS do their job. Trump needs to make sure he doesn't influence any investigation and Obama shouldn't give Clinton a preemptory blanket pardon. The truth should determine the consequences.

"WikiLeaks: Email Shows Bill Clinton Had 2016 Race All Figured Out
This past February, a New York Times reporter contacted the Hillary Clinton campaign to see how Hillary, Bill and other Democrats "regard Trump as a potential election opponent."

The email exchange is particularly interesting in light of Tuesday's election results.

Reporter Patrick Healy told the Clinton campaign, "I wanted to run some points by you about President Clinton, based on our reporting with allies and campaign advisers and other Dems who have spoken to him."

Among those points, Healy wrote: "We're told that President Clinton, like Secretary Clinton and some others, think Trump could pose a real threat in battleground states that President Obama carried in 2008 and 2012 -- like Virginia and Ohio -- and he will be competitive in Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin."

As it turns out, Trump won at least four of those six states, giving him the victory that Clinton believed was hers.

Healy also asked the Clinton campaign in that February email: "We're told that President Clinton (like Mrs. Clinton and some other Dems) thinks that Trump would be a formidable opponent in the general election, and that Dems are in a form of denial if they dismiss Trump as a joke who would be easily defeated in November. President Clinton, like others, thinks that Trump has his finger on the pulse of the electorate's mood and that only a well-financed, concerted campaign portray(ing) him as dangerous and bigoted will win what both Clintons believe will be a close November election."

In response to Healy's inquiries, Christina Reynolds, a member of the Clinton campaign, said she thought Healy's "first point" about Trump being a "formidable opponent" was "OK". But, she added, "don't love pointing to states where we think he’ll do well, unless that’s just a total done deal.""

But Tucker's, all of those long years she has spent grooming herself to be the first woman President, and standing by her man through the sex scandals, don't you feel just a tiny bit sorry for her now that it's all come to an end? It was her ambition to become President, her passion, and that's all gone now. Can she move on?
********
Oh, I think Hillary has had her eye on the White House for decades, and every move done to line her up for the position. She has to be CRUSHED, because it was soooooo close. Right in her grasp, and then POOF!, around 9-10pm on Tuesday night, that ship just sailed away.
I can't imagine the grief she and her team are feeling right now.
Even if you were one of the "Make America Great Again" Trump voters, you had to have been just as shocked to see and hear state after state called for Trump.
When they called Ohio, I gasped out loud. OMG, this is happening!

@MiloandJack: #TBTPic How surreal is this now? You ever imagined that you were working w/future president? http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/11/04/1415086222993_wps_91_Celebrity_Apprentice_Pres.jpg #CA @Kateplusmy8

I'm surprised that it took Milo this long to mention this. I guess she's trying to give TFW a gentle hint that she should maybe congratulate his honor (she's spent a lot of tie. In court dontchknow). Didn't The Donald's wife once give TFW the stink eye for ruffling his hair?

"I don't really understand how someone can "hate" Obama. But I saw disgusting things said about him on a daily basis from the day he was elected

****

Where?"

I live in the South with a lot of religious conservatives, and I've seen plenty of awful things about Obama on Facebook while he was President. In my opinion, they voted for Trump because of hate for Hillary and not because of how great Trump is.

You didn't ask me, but I'd like to say, NO, I do not feel sorry for her. She has had as amazing a career as any prominent individual of any time in history, man or woman. She has worked hard and has much to show for it. Out of office, she's been able to capitalize on her experience to turn public service into mega-bucks. The only thing I wish she had done differently is divorce her husband. It's been clear for many years that the relationship, probably from both sides, has been based on what looks like cold-blooded pragmatism, with the "close-knit family" aspect only being trotted out for the cameras and sound-bites. I think she would have garnered more respect had she set out on her own after they left the White House. I know I would have viewed her quite differently. Her mistake was thinking she needed Bill to help her shatter the glass ceiling. I think he and his shadow prevented her from doing so.

Kate made the cover of Life & Style magazine.

Nothing really new to us. It says her show will be back in Jan. so their source isn't accurate. Also said Collin has been away since May. I hadn't heard that before unless I missed it somewhere.

Yep. Thar she blows. You knew this was coming. Milo's BFF knows the President. How special is that? It's all about Kate.

Sad, it was snark! ;) And yes, I agree with your comments. In hindsight now, standing by her man was not the way to go.

Trump is hardly the first to suggest that Hillary's actions with her email should land her in jail
****************
Hilary should not go to jail. After all, the Bush administration lost millions of emails and also was found to be using a private email server. Last time I checked, no one went to jail for that. People have very short memories. http://www.newsweek.com/2016/09/23/george-w-bush-white-house-lost-22-million-emails-497373.html
